Staff was very nice. Hard beds but very clean. Dated bathroom and more. Crappy breakfast with questionable meat sausages and water downed juices on our second morning. Smelled like cannabis late nigh Saturday feb 14th upon arrival from concert. Should invest in frosted patio door or some sort of window block for the people living on ground floor. Looks like homeless/poor people homes with lots of disturbing scenes.

Room was dirty with blood stains on the bedding, Light swith was caked with dirt and on and on. They moved us to a renovated room where the matress was harder than the floor and the bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and bathtub. We had booked for 2 nights and left after the 1st. Been here many times but will never again.

When we arrived, our room was missing a tv remote. In looking around the room for it, we noticed items under the bed so the room clearly had not been full cleaned. The washroom wasn’t overly clean either. We were only in the room to sleep so did the trick but wouldn’t return.

Only one entrance out of 5. Room was at the far end of building. Came and clean sidewalks after 11pm at night!! No sofa in 1 bd when the room could accommodate one on either side. Couldn’t regulate the temp! Either no heat or too much. Room was redone and comfortable bed.
