RELAXED AND FRIENDLY HOTEL
Hotel car pre-booked upon arrival which saved hassle at airport. Due traffic and inclement weather about 1 hour drive to hotel. Friendly receptionist and easy check-in. comfortable room and very clean. Good rooftop bar with fine views across the city. All staff very friendly. Enjoyed 4 night stay and would recommend and stay again when next in Manila/Quezon City.

The hotel facilities was very good, but the guest room hallways and the room itself needs serious repair. Cracks on walls, furniture so beat up, but one thing that really stood out bathroom mold and towels are so aged. Bad overall stay with the demands from hotel guests to be properly attired in certain areas of hotel! Trying to look 5 STAR but truly 3 STAR
