Compare Hotels with Parking in Marathon

Beautiful property, great staff, very clean!! Restaurant was overpriced & not good service at all!! Only other complaint was you have to pay to park your car which is absolutely ridiculous as there is no reason to have your guests pay to use a parking lot that is pretty much empty, no security watching your vehicle either. You are a guest at their hotel and paying good money to already stay there and then you pay to park to just stupid - no reason for it but greed!

I'll be honest- I hesitate to even give a review because I want to keep this treasure a secret for when we go back, but the staff and owner deserve an amazing review. This was hands down the coolest place we (as a family of 3- including a 13 yr old) could've stayed. The property is directly on the ocean and it's an absolutely stunning view. The palms bend right over the lounge chairs and pool making for gorgeous photo opportunities. The resort offers clear bottom kayaks and paddle boards for you to enjoy and even has cornhole boards ready to play. It's a perfect location to snorkel or fish. The rooms are a little outdated, but clean, and who goes on vacation to stay in the room anyway... Staff was very accomodating and the breakfast was yummy!

It was wonderful.

Wonderful accommodations. The only negative part was the mattresses are tired and need to be replaced. Staff at front desk was delightful and helpful. Service staff was accommodating and helpful. We ate at Shakey's and Island Fish across the street. Terrific meals. Also recommend Castaways on South end of Marathon. American Legion loans walkers, etc. free of charge! Visitor Center very helpful. Turtle rescue worth while.
