This condo is beautiful !
Enjoy beautiful views of Collier Bay and the Marco River from the balcony and probably the best dock side fishing on the Island. Sit on the balcony and wash dolphins swim by! Our 1/1 condo is a second floor corner unit located at The Pavilion Club. King size bed in bedroom as well as a queen size sleeper sofa in living room. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. Kitchen is fully stocked with 12 cup basket style coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, air fryer, electric can opener, pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, spices, paper towel, garbgae bags, dish soap, sponge.etc... Enjoy the view of the Marco River and catch a sunset or some rays from the beautiful pool area. Charcoal BBQ grills are on site as well.
Our modern condo offers a 65" smart tv in the living room with blue tooth sound bar and 50" tv in the bed room. Both have cable and internet. You can log into your own net-flix or similar accounts to watch your favorite movies.
The unit has an efficient a/c unit and Nest thermostat. Keyless front door entry. Stainless appliances as well as led lighting. The bathroom has a granite counter top, frame-less glass shower door with pebble floor as well as a new toilet. Safety bars installed in the shower. Toliet paper, various soaps, hair dryer included.
The property has association docks if you choose to bring a boat. The docks offer some of the best fishing on the Island as well as quick direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Dockage fees are based on boat length. Daily rate is 2.00 per foot, weekly rate is 7.50 per foot and monthly rate is 15.00 per foot. (Rates subject to change, please inquire ahead if bringing a boat) there are release of liability forms to sign for the association and your vessel MUST have insurance and a liability policy per condo rules. ****No uninsured boats or watercraft (jet skis) can be docked****
No smoking is allowed in the residence or on balconies or docks. Areas are provided for smoking on ground level.
The area is known as Olde Marco and is walking distance to the famous Snook Inn, Old Marco Inn and shops as well as many other restaurants. Coin operated Laundry facilities are on site downstairs.
NEW NOISE ORDINANCE IN EFFECT:
Whether recurrent, intermittent or continuous, a sound is considered unreasonably excessive if it is "plainly audible" from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. a minimum of 50 feet from the property line of the source of the sound or on any nearby property from within a fully enclosed structure or residence.
The noisemaker, if they are different from the owner of the residence, can receive a civil citation and a fine up to $250 for disturbing the peace for each incident.
The homeowner will receive notice of violation for the first violation in a 12-month period, constituting an official warning. Each new violation could include fines ranging from $250 to $5,000.
After 11 p.m., the city will skip the warnings and go straight to issuing fines, and each subsequent call to the residence will count as a separate violation.
