The property was perfect for us.... clean, nice spacious room, great lady on check in, and a 5am airport shuttle! Highly recommend!

Stopped in Charlotte overnight while driving north, and I loved this hotel! The bar and restaurant were attractive with excellent options and a friendly staff and hours that accommodated my late arrival. The room was comfortable, and the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries in the bathroom were much appreciated, as was the spacious shower. Comfy pillows and mattresses along with a nice television made it completely satisfactory stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Breakfast is only until 9am.

Great stay

My niece stayed here one night on a weekend night in a king Jacuzzi room and it was very relaxing and clean after a day of walking and riding rides at Carowinds all day. As soon as you walk in, you get the smell of refreshment and clean air. The front desk gentleman was extremely polite and helpful. It was also a quick check in. When we got up to our room, it was spot clean. Beds were made up sheets were clean tucked in tight. There was no dust no streaks on the mirror. They do provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the shower and above the sink that are not the little samples. The bed is very comfortable. Did not hear any noise after dark or anytime for that matter. The Jacuzzi could have a little bit more pressure to the jets, but it was still nice to soak in. If we are in the area, we will stay again for sure. Also, breakfast was decent.

This is our second stay at this location when our girls have dance competitions and will continue to be our choice when in the area. Friendly staff, impeccably clean room, and facility. 5 Stars!!
