First of all we booked the resort to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We called the facility to make sure everything was working and running smoothly. They told me everything was perfect. But when we arrived, the resort was under construction very noise and dirty and disorganized. One of the pool was closed and no lobby area available to stay. When I tried to speak with a supervisor , she said I am the supervisor, are you going to take your room or not? I am very dissatisfied, I have been at the property many times before. I think you as a vendor should advise the costumer when something like that is happening . Nobody give me an apology.

The staff are amazing thoughout the whole facility!!!! Very family orientated, clean rooms, best room service completed by Nicole within my two day stay. Worth every penny despite the renovation at this time. Everyone makes sure you have all the accommodations needed. Will stay here again!!!
