Bar staff were very attentive and courteous. Very pleasant experience with all aspects of service. Front desk, bar, restaurant, beach staff. All were over accommodating and were definitely a key part in our wanting to return.

I booked this for my loves birthday and it was such an experience . From the hotel to the staff, everyone was so inviting . We went down to the buffet for breakfast and the server was so genuine and sweet, not only did he make our morning but he even gave us places to go to celebrate her birthday, places to shop, sightsee just anything we were looking for he knew a place to go . Our stay was amazing

Arrived at property with young kids and 3 suitcases. Valet did not help unloading or bringing bags to lobby. I asked for help and they said there was no help at night. Terrible service for a 4-5 star hotel.

Gorgeous place to stay. Staff are amazing. It would’ve been nice though to be informed that the infinity pool was under construction. We were looking forward to it only to find out it was closed.

Went for New Years 2025. The property was clean and nice. Our room was huge. From the balcony we could see the ocean. The link sent to my phone was convenient to make requests. If you are there on a budget but you just wanted somewhere nice to stay be prepared to open your wallet more. Wifi is not even included. Everything in the hotel is expensive and comes with tips. The credit toward the activities is not worth it. We would have liked to see it toward other amenities. If you get up early thinking you will have an ocean view on the beach there is going to be someone with money that tips and pay to be placed infront of you. There are not 2 beach lounges per guest they do run out. It was a nice hotel clean with great staff. Right on the beach with a great pool. Once it is booked your spending is not over. The New Years party was for kids. Parents came to leave the kids downstairs. Still a good place to stay.

Nice big property but overpriced food that’s costly if you’re there for more than a few days. Service was great in breakfast buffet and pool but horrible in lobby and beach. Prime steak wasn’t very good for my first time there.

Terrible service. Rude staff. The property is old and decrepid. Rooms are not serviced on daily basis. Had no toilet paper, no blankets. Went to target myself to purchase No vents working in the bathrooms. Tubs are filthy. Dangerous all around. Police presence on daily basis. Awful. Don't wast your money.
