I was very disapointed. When I arrive they told me we could not recah out by phone to inform you that there was renovations on 3er floor from Monday to Friday and also we cutt off the water. I said Expedia have all my contactas and is strabnge that they did not reach me out to inform this. Expedia easily recah me out. At front desk, before proceding with check inn, I was told that I coulg go to another hotel. I said to the fron dest staff If I go to another hotel they will charge me whatever they want as I am just waliking inn. Alos I said we choose this hotel because we have realives and friends nearby. I said I will try to stay here but if on Monday I am uncorttable I will complaint. Ofcourse Monday was unconfortable. I could not work in my room due to noice that from 10.00am to 2.00pm there was not water in the room.This about water was antihigienic. Same Monday faternoon I spoke with hotel manager. He reported by phone my situation o a expedia executive who hanlce the hotela ccount. This person was not vety helpfull. I tiolg the mnager to put this lady on the phone for me. I spoke with this lady and she could not solve the problem. Id di ask her name and last name but she did not wanted to give her last name. Then the manager oifferd me to move me to a Towneplace Suotes by Marriott and give me back the two nights. I move with my mother who is handicap. More problems to my mother. In summary I had TERRIBLE experience with Hotel and First time with EXPEDIA.
