Condo is not as advertised. The furniture is old and stained, cabinet doors were coming off their hinges in the master bathroom, the TVs wouldn't turn on and the air conditioner didn't cool the master bedroom at all. The master bed sheets looked like they had been slept in, and I found hair in the sheets. It did not appear that they had been cleaned or changed between guests. We were charged money that was not disclosed; a non- refundable parking fee for the temporary parking pass since we arrived after hours, as well as a security deposit from the managing company, WeRent. We were never even registered, so we were never able to obtain the key fob for amenities or the regular parking pass. The company took my calls and the pictures I sent, but then went unresponsive when I asked for a partial refund because we had to go stay at another hotel.

Le plancher de la cuisine etait tres usé. Il y avait aussi u tres mauvais odeur dans la cuisine. Il n'y avait ni torchon, ni savon a lave-vaiselle, ni tapis pour le rack a vaiselle, pas de tapis de bain. Nous avons essayé d'utilisé la lavelle mais nous avions besoin d'une carte de l'immeuble. Nous avons demandé la carte ou des serviettes suppléplentaire. On nous avait dit passer le lendemain mais personne n'est venu. Nous avons perdu du temps a courrir pour avoir le passe pour l'ouverture des portes et de la portes donnant acces a la plage. Nous avons dû debourser 125$ pour cette passe. Nous avons des enfants et la portes patio du 14eme etage n'avait pas de barrure. Il y avit des tâches d'humidité au plafond.
