Staff were great, common areas and pool were excellent, the room was a huge disappointment with run down and dated interior plus low ceiling given the high daily rate. The wi-fi speed was also extremely poor which made it difficult to work.

Only used the room for sleep. Did not try the food or use the pool or anything else. Room is fine. Prepare to get dinged for breakfast and parking if you need it. The lagoon view is nice and the bar looks like a nice spot for a drink.

You have to pay to park which isn’t unusual for hotel stays but definitely annoying but everything else was great. The staff was friendly and resourceful. When we didn’t know if any companies to shuttle to the cruise port they provided one to us.

I was not able to sleep because of a pluming noise that is major. It sounds like plumbing , could be something else… enough to keep you awake. The Linen looked like it was not changed, my room does not feel clean.

Going to this hotel seemed to be an excellent idea. I booked 2 rooms at a higher rate than normal. The pictures did not accurately decribe the room. The bathroom had a sink with no counter space at all, a toilet and shower. The plumbing was exposed in a way that was not appealing. There was some mold as well in the shower. The carpet was damp to the touch and it took a while before the a/c worked properly. The room looked decent and the bed was comfortable. The second room had plumbing issues. The toilet needed to be flushed several from using it the night before.
