The location was very inconvenient. The front desk male was rude and not helpful.The building is in need of repairs. The room was not secured properly. The floor was dirty.

Only reason I booked here was because the the price was nice and they said they offered toddler beds. When I get to the property they didn’t have any toddler beds and the room they gave me was full of mold. I’m with my wife and daughter and I cannot have my daughter in that type of condition. My daughter is only 1 year old. Mind you we had to say the night there since it was already late at night and nothing else was available. First thing in the morning I went to the lobby and checked out immediately and was told I could not get a refund. I showed them all the pictures I had taken and still was told that I would not be getting a refund. I was told I needed to speak to the manager they provided me with the managers email. I emailed him with all the photos and still not response. I had called numerous times trying to resolve this and nothing no response. So I ended calling my bank and disputing all the charges.

The state of quality inn
When it comes cleaning. It was minus zero. The dodo from dog was in front of my room before getting there. I told the reception desk. I was there for 4 days and it was still there. The bathroom was never clean. Requested for towels and tissue paper. When i did not get it. I went out to walmart to buy towel and toilet paper. The blanket was covered with unmade bedsheets. I have pictures if you need it. Am tryingvto attach it but unable to do it
