The photos and description in Expedia were many times better than the actual place. From the moment we arrived we had issues with the room: it was way smaller than how it looked, the faucet of the shower was broken, the water was not really hot, the phone did not work and the WiFi was so weak their own streaming would not work and they were not able to fix it. Later on when we wanted to go to the beach, we asked for the golf cart (as advertised) to take us there and they told us it was not working and that they may have it fixed in one week. This was followed by an employee trying to explain to us that we should be able to walk to the beach (with my 78 year old mother) and that it was not a big deal that the golf cart was not working. He did not even try to apologize for offering a service in the website which was not really available. Once at the beach we were told the hotel offered lounge chairs, which it did however, you had to pay for the umbrella and they had ran out of towels. When we went back to the hotel and to the pool area, they also did not have towels and the bar/restaurant by the pool did not offer any food.
The whole hotel was Instagram ready but very superficial and everything seemed to be breaking.
