Everything was good but this hotel is understaffed. The bartender was the cook and the cook was the bartender. Bartender would serve a drink and ran to kitchen to check on the food order, poor guy.

I attempted to cancel the reservation and could not get ahold of anyone. I left an email and no one contacted me back. This was as a hurricane was affecting all travel. I am out of the country now but upon returning I will attempt to contact them again. Yes, I had cancellation insurance
