No hot water, elevators stink, first ice machine we went to didn’t work the second did. The snack machine was out of almost everything then it ate our money. The second snack machine ate our money. No plug in tub, bathroom door is broken.

Staff provided a room with one bed when I booked and paid for a room with two double bed. When inquired, staff challenged me saying that there is a fold out sofa (!?); then searched for rooms with two queen beds and found none, and said that there are none available. When I complained it turned out that there were 10 rooms available with two beds and I was able to get one. This could have been easily avoided by giving the correct room in the first place or apologizing and fixing the issue if there was an error.
