Step into our newly renovated, peaceful haven at 1291 Laurel Way in The Resort. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful golf course views in the lovely Laurel Grove neighborhood, our cottage is cozy and private. Just a short walk away is the Laurel Grove clubhouse where you will find a seasonally heated swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs, a hot tub, mini-kitchen, outdoor grill area and state of the art exercise room. The neighborhood also features several stocked ponds for guests to fish. If you are looking for entertainment, restaurants or shopping, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard are only a short golf cart ride away. The sandy white beach is easily accessed by golf cart; a 10 minute drive away.

Our newly renovated cottage, including new flooring throughout, is spacious enough for the entire family! The master bedroom is on the main floor and features a king bed, private newly remodeled bath with large updated shower featuring multiple shower heads. A guest bedroom on the main floor offers a king bed and private remodeled full bath with large shower. Upstairs you will find a charming third bedroom with two queen beds and a private full bath. There are cable HDTVs and Blu-ray players in each bedroom that allow for easy streaming, along with WiFi throughout the house. The renovated gourmet kitchen features a bright, open look with NEW quartz countertops, NEW stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cookware and dinnerware to serve the whole group! Our sunny dining area seats six with bar seating for four. Relax on our wrap around back porch that provides a charcoal grill and features a spectacular view of the golf course "number one tee box". Our cottage in Laurel Grove is the perfect resort vacation spot! Bring your family and enjoy, relax and unwind!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Relaxing

Great property on quiet cul de sac, pool close by, golf cart was easy to use. The bathrooms were large and well done with nice showers. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for making holiday meals. The chairs outside the porch turned out to be a perfect place to watch the new years fireworks and drone show from.

Very clean, beautiful place! Loved the option with the golf cart, especially with the drop down sides to block off some wind, though there were a couple of spots that we couldn’t zip, it still served it’s purpose.

House was beautiful. Location was great! My only complaint: we noticed pet hair on all the furniture when we first arrived. Was confused because the home is supposed to be no pets allowed. Took the cleaning crew until late the next afternoon to come vacuum off the sofas. When I did call & report it as soon as we checked in & asked for someone to come clean, It took the owner of the cleaning crew several hours to finally respond . Then he put his wife on the phone to question & hassle me for over 30 minutes to the point they made me feel bad for complaining. Said they would send “their girls” to come clean first thing the next morning. That didn’t happen! It was around 2pm I believe before they finally showed up. I should NOT have had to deal with that on my vacation. Other than that, it was good.

We loved everything about this property! Location on the cul-de-sac was great as well as its’ close proximity to the pool. The home was clean and very well kept. The bathrooms were especially great as compared to other homes we have stayed at in the past. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch and the golf cart. We are already looking to book again!

We have stayed at this property for the last 3 years. It’s the perfect location to Alll the amenities and the beach! We had to reschedule our trip last minute this year and they were very accommodating. We also had a maintenance issue and the property management company was quick to respond and very communicative! The screened in back porch was a nice addition to the property!!!

Amazing community

Loved that we could cruise around Sandestin on the golf cart. Even the beach was a fun, 15 min golf cart ride away. Only downside of our entire trip was the amount of traffic…but that’s out of anyone’s control! Will definitely be back!

Family Beach Vacation

My sister and myself took our six kids to Florida for a week, and we stayed in this home. It was so amazing, the bathrooms were gorgeous, the upstairs was so nice for the kids. I loved sitting on the back porch in the evenings and early mornings. Highly recommend this house, I’m already looking to book it next year:)

Loved it!

This was a great rental for our family vacation to Destin! The home was very nice and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. We were happy to go back to our home with the view of the golf course after a day at the beach vs. the crowded condos. We especially enjoyed the porch for sitting in the mornings and late evenings. The yard was great for the kids to explore, and we felt comfortable to let them venture around as it was a secluded community with little traffic. We also took the shuttle to the beach; it was a short trip and conveniently picked us up by the resort pool nearby the home. (Note: We could have driven the golf cart to the beach, but we were unsure it would make the trip as the batteries seemed to lose power even when it was charged all night.) Overall, we would definitely recommend this rental for families looking for a beautiful home in a peaceful community.
