Book Hyatt Hotels Montecito accommodation from NZ$162

When I made my reservation I received an email that the elevator was broken and out of use. I called and was told it was to be fixed before we arrived. When we arrived it was not Andy our room was in the third floor. When we told the hotel clerk on duty we couldn’t walk up 3 floors she wanted to upgrade us for a fee and we objected and let her know what we were told the elevator would have been fixed upon check in so she agreed to give us a room on the first floor without an addl charge w/o an upgrade finally.

Great location and very walkable to many awesome restaurants. Friendly valet and front desk staff. Clean rooms with good amenities.

I double booked the hotel via two different Expedia accounts by mistake, totally forgot one of them. Front desk remind me that I have two active bookings and refunded me one of the reservations. Hotel is very nice, has heated swimming pool and hot jacuzzi, room is large, even has kitchen. I was greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine as Expedia VIP member.

Good value, good location, easy access to freeway yet quiet and within steps of beautiful residential neighborhood….

The room had an odd smell but for just one night and check-in late can't complain too much had a good nights rest . Very nice staff . Morning breakfast was good.

Clean rooms and great staff! I liked it so much I stayed there two visits in a row!
