The staff was very friendly and the parking was great! The location is great. Only complaints are there was no cell service and the wifi was very poor. Our phones kept disconnecting. The rooms are not very soundproof and the carpets had stains. We woke up with red bites all over our legs and arms. Not sure if it’s bed bugs??

It’s a great property for a discounted price, the only problem was the people next-door to us decided to party. They were shouting and yelling to their friends who were staying on the other side of us, and being really obnoxious. But that could happen at any hotel. However, it really made our stay unpleasant. Everything else about the hotel was fine.

It's an older property, but is very clean and well kept. The price was reasonable, given the area, and the location is convenient.

Pillows are the thinnest I have ever slept on. The plastic liner on the mattress was uncomfortable and noisy. The front desk called our room at 11 telling us we were too noisy while we had been in bed for an hour. Very disturbing.

It was great. We were shocked to see what a massive room we were given. Could have accommodated 4 more people. Loved the private car park, the room was cozy and had everything we needed.

There were some bugs in the room which wasn’t the most pleasant thing to run into but I could have overlooked that. The reason why it gets a one star is the reception and WiFi. We could not use our phones or laptops the whole time we were here. The reception is no good and requires WiFi. However the WiFi does not work. There will be 1 bar of reception at most. Meaning the buffer times make it so you need to just do your work off site in your car where the cell service is better. But what was more common was for our devices to be disconnecting and reconnecting a few times a minute it seemed. Place was clean and nice and better priced than other hotels in SB. However I would have tried to look for other options if I knew my wife and I would be unable to use our phones and laptops.
