We really enjoyed are stay here. Employees were beyond helpful and kind. the beds where oh so comfortable. the towels where not the greatest, pretty small but we made do. Good location with plenty of restaurants to choose from.Would stay here again.

Value compared to other properties is very good. They give a microwave, mini fridge, and there is a jacuzzi with the pool. Some maintenance issues need to be addressed, but most places have that. Staff was great.

I like that the rooms are off from the street so that you forget you're on a busy road, however, the entrance is a little confusing - we drove in the wrong way, but we noticed that everyone else did the same thing. There are plenty of places to walk within a few minutes - restaurants all around, a grocery store, bakery, and much more. The room was clean and had everything we needed - enough space, a microwave and TV. The fridge was cold but a bit damp - I think the freezer didn't work at all and was dripping some. The bed was comfy. One thing that was bothersome was that the toilet seemed like it didn't want to flush, but it always did. Just not very strong a flush. We had a comfortable stay and slept well.

It was a very nice place. We were first directed to a room that was smaller than we had ordered on line. Then we went to talk to someone and they said you were given the wrong room. It was then corrected to what we put down on Expedia.

It was quiet and seemed clean. I didn't like ants in room but I'm sure that's a Santa Barbara issue. It was only in BR/shower. All else was good. Pool looked clean, it was crowded, I didn't use. It was close to restaurants. And continental breakfast always helpful!
