Booked as a last minute getaway, and the property exceeded our expectations. Anna at the front desk was a superstar. The Starbucks and bell crew were an absolute pleasure to chat with. We loved the convenience of the beach chair rentals. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Strict about checking in early even though we were there at 2 to race the next day a half marathon. Got to room and shower wasn’t working. Wanted to rest but fixing shower required man banging and drilling for an hour. Resisted a refund at first but managed 150 off 450 dollar 1 night stay. Should have been higher refund for situation. Won’t stay there again.

Old and Dirty…Not Worth the Money
Not great. The hotel is very clearly older with various sign of aging throughout (e.g carpet, wall stains, door does not close without effort, old furniture). They did not provide soap for the shower and when we asked we were told it would be provided but it never arrived. The shower was also covered in beach sand and various types of hair when we arrived. Throughout the night our toilet would flush on its own when guests from higher floors would flush as the pipes are connected. We asked for a room swap the morning of our second day. They declined and instead offered us a $100 credit for the restaurant which did not help with our room concerns. We ended up leaving very early on our checkout day so we can shower at home. About $1K for a 2 night stay was an egregious amount to spend on conditions like this.

This hotel was clean and luxurious. The grounds were gorgeous. We had a ground floor room with a nice patio and enjoyed the ocean view every evening. The restaurant only serves lunch and breakfast but the food was excellent. The pool was clean and heated. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

I like the properties close to everything. It has a Tesla charger 🔌 that you can charge in an emergency. The rooms are good and like double sinks separate inside the bathrooms.

The bathtub was not properly cleaned. The toilet constantly malfunctioned. The a/c was too loud at nights. The pool wasn't heated, despite being told that it was when checking in.

I was very disappointed with my stay and thought the Hilton name carried a higher standard. -Mattress was very uncomfortable -Non-Oceanside view rooms had a cheap motel feel with the balcony looking directly into the parking lot -Toilet was held together with silicone -Bathroom fan/vent was not working so walls would start sweating after a shower -Room felt stuffy (not sure if allergens from carpets or dusty AC vent) -for the $600 paid per night, the room felt very cheap. You’re better off going with a hotel closer to State St so you don’t have to walk 20-30 min every trip or get ride share.
