We stayed in room 273 for 5 nights, the room got too hot after the 3rd day, getting 82 degrees in January, I’ve tried to call the front desk and each time the person please wait, had me waiting for 5-10 minutes so I gave up and called back again to have the same experience. The mattress is very cheap quality, in addition to heat issue, making sleeping very difficult. I had a back ache each morning. After I complained the hotel staff offered to replace the mattress, but the mattress they brought from another room was also as bad They charge you $15/day parking fee The breakfast is pretty poor.

Walls are very thin and was woken a several times with running in the hallways or neighbors alarms or yelling outside of the building. When the heater turns on, the bedroom door slams shut so either keep it wide open or closed if you have a sleeping baby. Hotel staff was courteous and tried to accommodate our needs. The elevator wasn’t working two times during our trip. Thankfully there was a second elevator or it would be hard carrying out stroller up the stairs. They only have 4 pack and plays and they’re first come and first serve. We didn’t received it until the last night of our stay due to high volumes of guests. The breakfast buffet was decent. Continental breakfast style. The staff were prompted with the turnover of tables, and replenishment of food. Free WiFi. Pros: breakfast staff are great, room was clean, Cons: thin walls, nightly pay for parking, lack of pack and plays available. Elevator down on a few occasions. Ps if you have Hyatt rewards, booking through third parties like Expedia exempts those reservations to be applied to rewards.

Stay was fine. But rooms could be updated, carpeting in room needs to be shampooed or removed and definitely need more than 1 elevator. Breakfast was good and cleaning staff was nice. I like that they had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the room we stayed in so that was very convenient.
