Was very impressed by this hotel! Rooms were clean and comfortable and smelled very nice. Check in/out was easy. It had lots of good breakfast options too. Parking was a little tight if you get back late but it is close to lots of good food options and only about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this new hotel. The airport is close as well as Opryland Resort. The staff were cleaning everything. The room was sort of loud though. Also the breakfast was a flop. Delicious coffee though! We would definitely stay here again.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and had a very positive attitude. The breakfast was quick and easy with lots of options. A great place to stay.

Ugh hair in shower. Noisy group in lobby area until almost 10 pm Even though I booked about a week ahead I felt like I got a less than desirable room. Check in staff was less than congenital when I inquired about shuttle etc Rarely have a less than perfect stay with Expedia but this one certainly was.

Freindly front desk staff. Clean room. There were no lugage carts returned to the lobby the entire night. But I guess that was due to a few that decided to keep them overnight in their room.

Spent 2 nights here and each morning had an unwanted 5 a.m. wake up call thanks to aircrafts taking off that sounded like a semi truck driving by 5 feet away. I've stayed at multiple other airport properties near BNA and never experienced this. Too bad as my room was comfortable, staff was friendly, and the property was quite clean.
