One star. Won't be staying here again.
The general layout of the room was cute but everything was gross. We were on the first floor. Before we even walked into the room we noticed the window was cracked and borded up with ply wood. When we walked in, the room smelled. When I booked the room, the pictures showed a working fireplace... it was borded up and not functional. The stove had food caked on the burners, the couch was stained with God knows what, the floor had some nasty blood stain or something embedded into the carpet, most of the blinds in the window were missing. The vents were full of dust and rusty, the baseboards looked like they haven't been cleaned since the place opened up. The bed was so hard and the pillows were so thin. There was no getting comfortable. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is my second time staying there and probably my last. The room condition was horrible. Very run down and in bsd shape. The kitchen was missing glasses and utensil. The couch was ripped and nasty looking. The kitchen is run down. The bathroom fauis loose. Breakfast is a joke. This place is ok for a cheap quick stay if your not too picky about cleanliness.

Noises car races in street and neighboring parking lot, broken windows covered with wood planks, stained carpets looks like blood. Had a hard time finding an accessible lobby without needing a keycard to open or knock on door.

The suite was not clean. Pull-out couch had a huge stain on it and broken. When I called front desk they told me they would tell maintenance next day, I was there for only one night. Both of the bathrooms and around floors had hair on them. The beddings had little dirt like someone just pulled the covers remained the bed not change sheets etc… my family and I Slept with clothes on that night.

It is a great Apartment-hotel and the suites have the right amenities. One critic that I have would be that there would sometimes you could smell the cigarette smoke from other neighbours blowing into the furnace. Public transportation is limited and so it's best to have a car. Staff is super helpful and accommodating.

The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. Our room didn’t match the photos online, the outdated appliances and peeling floors gave it a run-down feel. Upon arrival, we were initially directed to the wrong building, requiring another trip to the front desk. When we finally located our room, it wasn’t the one we booked, so we had to return to get new keys. The replacement room was an improvement but still felt worn and wasn’t particularly clean. We booked a suite hoping to prepare our own meals, but the kitchen was barely equipped. There was no frying pan, and the utensils were sparse—just one fork, three spoons, and a few butter knives. We ended up chopping garlic with the single steak knife provided. The bathroom had peeling floors, a clogged shower drain, and overall, the cleanliness left much to be desired. While the front desk staff were helpful in providing extra forks and a frying pan, we didn’t receive the warm, welcoming service we’d expect. The breakfast was lackluster and only available until 8:30, which was inconvenient. We chose this hotel through Avion, expecting a higher standard, but unfortunately, it fell short across the board. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed.

The advertisement said that the room had a “FIREPLACE”. I called before to verify, the person verified that yes the room had a fireplace. I asked if I needed to bring my own wood, he said “no we have everything you need here”. Never once was there any mention that the “FIREPLACE” was an electric fireplace. This should have been disclosed. It was false advertisement and fraudulent. Awful business practice. AWFUL. Just flat out ripping people off.

It was okay for the night. But even if you pay in full there is a large deposit that isn’t disclosed on the Expedia listing. It’s pretty noisy at night and many random people walking around. So maybe not the safest or comforting stay. It got the job done for the night but most likely won’t be staying here again.
