Property was as expected but wasn't happy that I was told I had to pay a pet fee when I checked in. I booked and prepaid on Expedia and there was nothing about a pet fee when I made the reservation. I was shocked and angry to be told I had to pay a pet fee when it wasn't disclosed when I was booking. Never staying there again and angry at both LaQuinta and Expedia.

We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor and they both had ROACHES!! Also, the injury disclaimer they make you sign is very concerning. The morning staff was very nice.

This hotel is disgusting. From the minute you walk on the property its a disappointment. The outside light was flickering on and off and there was trash all over the parking lot. The lobby smelled like someone peed in the corner and left it. We got to the room hoping it would be better and it wasnt. Room a smelled awful and the sheets were dirty. One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. Couldn't find a room anywhere else in the area that could accommodate my family because we were traveling with our dog.

Excellent stay. We’ll be back.
Our room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, excluding the eggs, was quite tasty, especially the sausage gravy over delicious biscuits. Just be careful driving over the entrance. It’s like the parking lot entrance was an afterthought.

Unit HVAC was very loud, so the next day they moved me, but the new unit didnt have shower curtain no towels and garbage in the waste basket. So she moved me to first floor, but there was no bed spread, just a thin sheet over the bed. was kind of chilly all night. time to upgrade maybe?
