Room was clean, staff was very courteous and helpful, it was a quiet stay and we slept well. Price felt steep, but we got reservations pretty late around Thanksgiving so it’s to be expected and it was well worth it for a decent place to stay in NYC. Would come back again!

From the moment our stay began until it ended, we experienced phenomenal service. The room was small, but it’s NY, and it worked perfectly for two adults. They had my favorite tea in the room, complimentary hot water downstairs, and they left local treats in our room daily. By the way, I fell in love with the caramel candies they left—so much so that I ended up buying more to take home. We had dinner at the bar one evening after a long day, and the food was delicious. But the highlight of our stay was BRIAN. We were heading out on Thanksgiving Day and needed help navigating the exit to avoid the parade traffic. As we were walking out, Brian appeared, asked if we needed assistance, called us a cab, grabbed our luggage, and even walked us up to Madison Avenue to meet our taxi! Archer—you’ve got a gem of a guy on your hands. Brian—your heart of service shined so brightly!
