The hotel is in very good location. Right in the center of the city. The build itself look a bit old. Rooms are very small. Very friendly staff. Overall my daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Would certainly stay again.

Came for one night for a bday staycation. Reception was efficient and friendly. I found the bedroom a bit small but the bathroom was spacious. The SpyGlass rooftop has a fantastic view of the Empire State building. I didn't have any food or drink, but enjoyed the roof. Also the location -- essentially between the east and west side of the city, was great. Close to Broadway and great shopping.

Fabulous hotel super convenient for everything!

Ah, this is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are high std. food is excellent. I liked that it was smaller and I felt the front desk staff noticed who was going in and out. Also coffee maker in the room! Due to warm weather I went to sit in Bryant park some evenings which was lovely.

Second time here and it’s a perfect spot for a quick NYC visit. The front desk is so kind and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable despite being a bit small. Still, the way the rooms are designed you don’t feel cramped. Great location too

Beautiful hotel with a privileged location. The staff was wonderful and the cuisine was excellent. The comfort of the rooms was 10/10. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t cool enough, so we were a bit warm while sleeping.
