From the moment our stay began until it ended, we experienced phenomenal service. The room was small, but it’s NY, and it worked perfectly for two adults. They had my favorite tea in the room, complimentary hot water downstairs, and they left local treats in our room daily. By the way, I fell in love with the caramel candies they left—so much so that I ended up buying more to take home.
We had dinner at the bar one evening after a long day, and the food was delicious. But the highlight of our stay was BRIAN. We were heading out on Thanksgiving Day and needed help navigating the exit to avoid the parade traffic. As we were walking out, Brian appeared, asked if we needed assistance, called us a cab, grabbed our luggage, and even walked us up to Madison Avenue to meet our taxi!
Archer—you’ve got a gem of a guy on your hands.
Brian—your heart of service shined so brightly!
