I stayed on 11/29 we are now 12/19 been calling every because I’ve yet to receive my security deposit of 150 they provided me a case number and was told someone will reached out to me and no one ever did, and the option 3 to speak to a billing manager when you call sucks because you can’t get a hold of one, her mailbox is full, I’ve been on hold now for 35 minutes 12/19 very unprofessional, rude customer service, during my stay I asked for house keeping to change the sheets came back and same sheets, I asked for extra towel, none, the bathroom sink was way too small and the shower faucet falling apart for 600 dollars this is ridiculous, will make sure I never stay nor recommend the hotel, no parking, poor service and they thief for holding on to my security
