Great location. Plenty of food places near this hotel. It is your typical New York hotel, small and basic. But, perfect if you’re looking for inexpensive, clean and centrally located to time square, subways and such.

Only 2 small elevators for the hotel + 39 floors, wait time + 5/10 minutes.. very uncomfortable rooms / small.. not recommended for a party of 4 or for more than 3 stays . Is located close to Time Square +++ some staff was friendly, breakfast was ok and hotel fee is also ok! Good hotel for a couple or single .

The major concern was that the safe was in the closet and everytime you open the closet doors the safe almost hits you in the head. I hid the edge of it once but luckily no bleeding. Could've been a lot worse. Finally had to lock the safe to keep it from opening every time. Small area for breakfast. It couldnt accommodate a lot of people. I did like the daily cocoa and cookies. But the DAVIDS cookies were hard and not good. The fresh baked ones were really good. It was in good proximity to subways and time square.

It’s a very old property , it needs a major renovation , nothing works , you could not adjust the heather , it’s either too hot or too cold . Room service was not existent, we had to walk down 20 floor since the elevator was not working . The door key Didn’t open the door we had to wait 2 hrs for it to be fixed .

Staff and overall stay was excellent. The only thing is the elevator was a bit slow at times. We were on vacation so it wasn’t an issue for us. However if you are in a hurry it might be an inconvenience.

The room was very hot and dry. Maintenance attempted a fix but it didn't correct issue with thermostat. Only one of two elevators worked in a building with over 30 stories. Front desk staff and luggage manager very helpful. Maid staff very good. Fresh towels provided each day. Did not eat free breakfast due to late mornings.

The breakfast area was non-functional due to it being such a limited space. We were never even able to enjoy the breakfast. We booked a king size bed and received a queen. We didn’t realize the bed size until we were already unpacked and didn’t want to change rooms at that point. The room was extremely outdated and looks to be falling apart. There are very limited channels on the tv and one didn’t even have any sound. There is only one elevator. It is fast but with so many floors it frequently would stop and be full so wasted time. The elevator was small and not many could fit on it. The location is considered Times Square but did not feel centrally located to all the touristy spots we wanted to see. It was a far walk/car ride. I would not stay at this hotel again. I would pay more and stay closer to Times Square.

The Check-in staff was not courteous. He wasn't friendly. The tub floor was stained brown. The elevator are extremely old and wait time for them is just too long. We had to take the stairs down from 30th floor. The beds were not comfortable. I could feel the box spring. It was not possible for a good nights rest. For the price we paid per night, the whole experience was a con job.

Extremely clean hotel. Great size of bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Perfect locations. The breakfast staff was excellent. They were kind, attentive, and made sure everything was well stocked and organized. Their positive attitude made a big difference in our stay.
