Hotel was truly terrible. Only 1 elevator for 33 floors. We had to wait 42 minutes at one point. Breakfast area totally inadequate, there were people eating their breakfast standing up in the corridor. Only 2 toasters at breakfast, but one didn’t work. And the 2nd one only had 2/4 slots working, There were two pancake machines, one of them worked briefly on day two, but they were resolutely broken the other days. There was no lid on the overflowing bin, the customer facing computers in reception were broken. My wife was bitten by bugs in the room. The staff have more or less given up, but you can’t blame them. This place is a disgrace. If it was independent, you might say the owners were incompetent, but the fact it’s part of IHG makes it absolutely inexcusable. Stay ANYWHERE but here.
