They politely held my bags before I was able to check in for a few hours so I could walk around the city. They provided multiple nice bottles of nice Dove soap in the bathroom & we got a cute little goodie bag when we checked in as well. Very close to Times Square & very worth it. (The water pressure in the shower also impressed me)

Even allowing for the fact that NYC is a much friendlier town than it usually gets credit for, the staff here were a delight to deal with. The only real change I'd make is one I'd also make to a number of other hotels in the area, which is to add a few more elevators.

It was a very convenient place to stay especially with accessibility to subways. It’s a walking distance to Times Square who i really loved coz i spent most of my evenings at Times Square and i didn’t have to worry about a taxi or Uber. Very safe place and the staff were very friendly

The property was close and walking distance to everything. It was clean and the space was giving. Room service had fresh towels daily. However, the door was left unhinged and open for anyone. They also had the AC workers coming into the rooms.

I reserved 2 rooms 2 1/2 months in advance my reservation was canceled without notice. My family and I got to property late in the evening and was told our reservation wasnt in system and all the rooms were booked. I did get a confirmation that both rooms were confirmed from expedia. The guy at the front desk didnt seem to care and told me it was expedias fault but no one notifed about any changes. I use expedia a lot and always get notified by property if there is a issue or changes. The guy was just looking to blame someone. We had to find another place to stay late at night what a nightmare. I talked to a few locals and was told hotels near times square do this all the time and its become a big problems. Apparently I am not the first one. Beware! I would try booking somewhere else a place fpr honest. I would not want another family with kids to go througb this.
