The staff are extremely helpful, and the breakfast was nice as well. It is in an excellent location where everything, such as food, Madame Tussauds, etc, is within walking distance, and you can access the trains within a 7 to 10 minute walk. I was on the higher floor, so it was surprisingly silent. The only issue I had was that the bed was a 5 out of 10.

Excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Times Square. Outstanding service, very attentive staff, and an excellent breakfast that exceeded expectations. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The only area for improvement would be the comfort of the beds, which felt slightly sunken in the middle. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat location:price ratio. We were 4 adults so the rooms were a bit small with all of our luggage but fine. Bathroom is outdated but no issues. Lots of poor reviews I read were because of an elevator out of service. Both were operational for our stay and we never had to wait to long (we were on the 24th floor). Would stay again.
