While the staff were good and friendly, our stay was very inconvenient due to several issues. One of the elevators was out of order, and the other had to be operated manually. Unfortunately, it never stopped on our 13th floor, forcing us to use the stairs for breakfast. This was especially difficult as one of our guests could not walk. The next day we were told to text for elevator service, but even then it was extremely busy and unreliable.
In addition, the bathroom faucet had ongoing problems. The air conditioning in one of our rooms was not functioning, and after requesting it to be fixed, the heating stayed on throughout the night, making the situation worse.
We are wondering if there is any compensation we can get , will appreciate that
