Ok but nothing more

Overall, the stay was good. The room isn't very big for two double beds, but it's okay. What was problematic was the breakdown of one of the two elevators. It took 45 minutes a few times to get to the lobby. We had to text them to let them know we wanted to go down. The lineup to get back up... A very irritating waste of time. I read a review about this three weeks ago, and it happened to me. Five nights, and no repairs were made. We won't be going back.

Disappointing Hotel - Not Worth The Headache

Thus hotel is not up to par...outdated and rough. Elevators are an absolute nightmare... waited 45 minutes for the elevator before lugging all our luggage down 19 floors just to be told they are only operating 1 elevator and the guy is choosing the floors he is stopping at. Checked in to a room that was almost out of all the soaps. Breakfast was not anything to rave about as the fruit was unripe and the bagels were stale.

Little trip

The hotel is generally not bad, for no more than 3-4 nights. Pros: location, relatively clean, safe. Cons: very tiny room, no refrigerator, though we asked for one later and they brought it to us within an hour, check-in took a bit longer, had to wait in the lobby, but the staff is generally very friendly and helpful.

Good stay, just two things

Everything looks great. It’s except for two things which made me give it a four instead of a five: no source for cold, clean water, other than during breakfast. A water fountain with a filter would be great. And the other issue was the way that the breakfast area is set up. It’s very hard to get in there when it’s crowded.
