It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in before. The area is full of drug addicts and the hotel itself was extremely dirty. None of the appliances worked in the room. The outlets were falling out of the sockets. The bed sheets weren’t clean and the tv wouldn’t turn off after I turned it on, so I couldn’t sleep. Would never reccomend!

This place was straight up gross. Mildew, dirty walls, pillow cases that had blood stains. Dark and Dingy. I would never, ever recommend this place. The staff was pleasant and nice, but the overall facilities were not acceptable.

Such an easy walk from and to Penn Station. I had a nice experience with the staff who we're very helpful. Even if you decide not to take the subway many of the touristy places are pretty walkable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

The property was very basic and not well kept up. The bathroom had part of the wall peeling off. The TV was stuck on one channel and the remote didn't work for the cable box. At least the beds were clean.

Won't stay here again. Was bittern all night by ants. Microwave didn't work. I had to get up to switch on and off and control volume on TV. Wifi waste of time. A real hole in the wall. Staff was pleasant.

There was a non-functioning light switch. There weren't enough lights and the ones that did work switched off after a while. There were barely any electric outlets. The towels were stained and there was still some cleanup to be desired as there was a fake nail in the washroom. The carpet near the entrance was also torn up.
