I had to get a different hotel. Entrance to property was full of druggies. I did not feel safe getting out of Uber. I tried contacting hotel but there was no response. I need a refund.

An absolute nightmare of a stay. The place is not like the pictures, it is dirty, the staff is incredibly rude and crass, and the place resembles a crackhouse. We encountered drunk prostitutes on the elevator, there was no safe in our room, and I even found a used band aid pasted on a light switch. Moreover, I wanted to leave a day early given the horrible conditions and they refused to reimburse me for the last night. STAY AWAY.

Hotel was filthy and rundown. Sheets on the bed were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. There was really no way to feel comfortable. Stayed only one night then left the next day because it was so bad to somewhere better and also cheaper.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Stained carpet that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned ever. Broken decorations and lamp shades that are also stained and dusty. Disgusting stain on the curtains. Dank smell. Stained towels and other peoples hair in the bathroom. If it wasn’t for the fact that the sheets and bed appeared clean, and we were only staying for one night, I absolutely would have left and found somewhere else to stay. The photos of the suites must have been taken long ago while it still had some semblance of brightness and cleanliness. Oh and the building directly next door is under construction, as is the building across the street, so don’t expect anything other than constant noise during daylight. There are also a lot of unsavory and homeless folks roaming around right near here and makes it feel unsafe. If you can help it, spend the extra few bucks and stay somewhere else, trust me, it’ll be worth it.

Don’t stay here not even if it was free.
This hotel should be burn down. Is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed. The area is disgusting. Many homeless around and it smells like urine. I’m not exaggerating, the carpets are so filthy that I wouldn’t even dare to walk barefoot. The bathroom is so small and filthy. Behind the toilet was filthy. Not sure how it got good reviews because honestly. I wouldn’t even give it a one star. Please don’t stay here. Take your money and go else where. I wish I can get my money back because this place was a true dumb. Homeless shooting up and just pass out on the floor. To top it off there is construction across the street so yeah the sounds where amazing.

Filthy and stained
Absolutely disgusting. Like a dirty truck stop motel. The kind of place you put your shoes on to go to the bathroom. Stains on everything and pubic hairs everywhere. Bathroom floor was greasy you could skate on it and the shower handle came off in my hand. Loud construction started at 8am. I knew I was in trouble when I walked in and even the lobby was dirty. I'd rate this at the bottom level of a one star hotel.

A nice hotel just a few blocks away from the bustle of New York. The hotel is small with comfortable rooms with all the facilities you would expect. They have free tea and coffee in the lobby area all day as well which is nice.

The location of the hotel was super convenient as it was a 7 minute walk to the time square and very close to public transport, there was someone always at the front desk that made it feel safe. The only downfall was the room was quite small for three people, as our suitcases took more room than us.

Great location, very friendly staff. It requires some refurbishment (e.g., rusty surfaces, stained carpets) and more care for the overall service (e.g., stained bed sheets and towels). Overall it was a pleasant experience, beds very comfy.

Please stay away if you can there wasn’t even a smoke detector in the room It wasn’t really clean I had to leave the same day I didn’t feel safe in the room some of the outlets didn’t work the bathroom wasn’t clean the bed had black dirt or something on it and the ac kept making a noise

It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in before. The area is full of drug addicts and the hotel itself was extremely dirty. None of the appliances worked in the room. The outlets were falling out of the sockets. The bed sheets weren’t clean and the tv wouldn’t turn off after I turned it on, so I couldn’t sleep. Would never reccomend!

This place was straight up gross. Mildew, dirty walls, pillow cases that had blood stains. Dark and Dingy. I would never, ever recommend this place. The staff was pleasant and nice, but the overall facilities were not acceptable.

Such an easy walk from and to Penn Station. I had a nice experience with the staff who we're very helpful. Even if you decide not to take the subway many of the touristy places are pretty walkable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

The property was very basic and not well kept up. The bathroom had part of the wall peeling off. The TV was stuck on one channel and the remote didn't work for the cable box. At least the beds were clean.
