Beautifully renovated hotel. Customer service was great! Sparkling water machine, fruit and cookies, coffee and espresso machine all added bonus! Location was super convenient. Only drawback was bathroom configuration-very, very tight quarters.

The location is very convenient, it's not too close to time square to the area to be really restless but close enough that getting around is easy. Atmosphere was really nice and I liked the room I was staying at. The only problem I had was that in the start of my visit, the shower had a very bad smell and one morning there was these little flies in the shower. I mentioned this to the staff and they offered to move me to a different room, I chose to stay and they fixed the problem with cleaning the drain. No more flies after that. Loved the water station in the second floor, it was the best!

Loved our stay! Super spacious and clean rooms. Love the toiletry products. Super convenient location with subway at the corner of the block. Lots of yummy food options near by. Korea town only 2 blocks away. Beds were comfy. Wifi worked great. Free flavoured water on the 2nd floor and cookies. Nice rooftop you can visit for a view of Empire State Building. Nice gym. Staff super friendly and helpful. Stayed there 6 nights. Note, on the weekends, the rooftop bar next door gets super loud.

Great hotel! Family three day trip
We absolutely loved our stay at the Kixby. It was our first stay there. There were three of us in the room ( 2 adults and a teen). The room was a decent size for NYC. We had plenty of room for luggage and drinks and snacks. The bathroom was small. That is the only downfall of the hotel. It was big enough for one person to be in there. Any more than three people in the room and it might not have been doable. Our room, and the hotel in general, was clean. Our room and bathroom felt modern and classy. The water pressure in the shower was impressive! The location was fantastic. Right off of Herald Square and just steps from the subway. The convenience room was a huge plus! To be able to fill up our water bottles with ice and fresh water before we left each morning was a lifesaver. Every single staff member we interacted with over our three days was helpful and happy. We will be staying again when we come back in a few months!

Perfect location - not too noisy in surrounding area. We walked to all the sites- around 30,000 steps each day but very convenient location. The shower was great and included rain shower head . Kixby gifts their guests a water bottle which was helpful and could be filled in their convenience room with selection of waters. Room was very clean and service was good. We did not have a view of the city with our room - which made the room fairly reasonable cost. We did not purchase breakfast as , instead. Can walk short distance to diner or multiple bagel shops - suggest Liberty Bagel. Would choose to stay again. Overall good experience

Great, but room for improvement
The room was great but... 1) no exhaust in bathroom. 2) air conditioning unit leaked water all over the floor, had to keep a towel on floor to catch puddle 3) safe did not work even after enginering came to the room to help

The best hotel I've stayed at around Times Square. Very clean a quiet with an incredible view of the Empire State building from the roof. The hotel is designed beautifully and the staff are very helpful. No complaints at all.

Kixby is a winner
Great location, spacious rooms, good bathrooms, nice beverage service. Good rooftop terrace (when not raining). Only flaws: small fitness center, electronic door keys a bit tricky to use.
