The rooms were specious. Staffwas very friendly. The food in the Restaurant however was aweful. And the Breakfast buffet on Sunday was a rip off. The food was downright terrible.

It was a wonderful stay for the most part. One of the elevators broke the last two days I was there, but it was not a huge inconvenience. It was quite noisy on Saturday evening up until midnight due to a concert out on the street, which made it difficult to fall asleep, but obviously, this was not the property's fault.

You can't beat the location—it's just steps away from everything. However, the hotel is starting to show its age, particularly in the rooms, which feel a bit worn, especially the bathrooms (new towels would be a welcome upgrade). Still, considering the price, it's a decent value

This is the third time we have stayed here and we have never been disappointed. Great hotel with great staff. Right in the middle of Times Square so lots of great restaurants and wonderful sightseeing! We loved the busy nightlife and bright lights of Times Square.

We loved staying at the Renaissance hotel at the Time Square. The staffs at the lobby are friendly and welcoming. That could be a rare find these days. Also, they offered late check-out for us which was much appreciated. The mood of the hotel is ‘soothing’ and calming. The room is spacious and very clean. I love the decor of the room and the bathroom. Not over powering but would be enjoy by most. The most important elements are comfort, cleanliness and convenience!! It’s a great reentrance to the traveling scene after pandemic.

STRUTTURA PERFETTA PER CHI VUOLE VISITARE NYC
Hotel in posizione eccezionale, ben insonorizzato per cui una volta in camera non si percepisce il caos di Times Square. La pulizia è migliorabile ma tutto sommato la camera era sempre in ordine. Non mi è piaciuta la richiesta di 35$ al giorno che l'hotel richiede come fondo per le eventuali spese (bar, wi-fi ecc) che se non vengono utilizzati vengono comunque addebitati.
