I’m appreciative to the Front desk associate who came out from behind the desk to walk us to the parking area. And, there was a bell hop who helped me several times; notably where I could get something to eat and the layout of the stairs. That helped me immensely. Outside of that, unfortunately every time the train passed it was felt in the room and shook some things; there were lots of traffic/car noise at a dangerous intersection; smokers right in front the entrance of the hotel, we had to pay for the complimentary wi-fi, gym that was not used, and the 1 bottled water in the room.

Awful service, the room next to us began smoking at 9p after our children had fallen asleep. Our room filled with cigarette smoke. When we called down to the desk they asked which room, when I gave a few room number options they told me they couldn’t do anything without knowing which room. To which I responded, could you send someone up to check it out. My husband had to go down and get them to do something. Which was really nothing. They fined the lady and we had to sleep with the windows open since they had no rooms available, despite many showing on their website. The next night the fire alarm went off 6x between 9-11:30p. And after the 3x we went down to the lobby, when we asked if everything was ok (alarm actively going off), she said “it’s fine, you’d know if it was a fire.” My kids had to fall asleep with the lights on and wearing headphones.

There were no real amenities, but nonetheless we were forced to pay unadvertised resort fees. Showers have no doors or curtains, so the bathroom floor stayed wet. No wash cloths were provided. The lobby looks horrible, but the rooms were not bad. Limited TV channels and they apparently ran out of coffee. Considering the price of the room and the unexpected and unadvertised added resort fees, I would have expected a whole lot better. Staff was nice though!

Ehhhhh definitely wouldn’t be my first choice.
When checking in there was a bit of a wait due to customers having issues at the desk. Instead of someone jumping in to help the lady they let her do it alone all the while being on the phone trying to solve an issue for disgruntled customers. They also stated that I could not receive any clean wash cloths or towels because laundry wouldn’t be done until the following morning at 9 am smh that annoyed me because when I got to my room there were none just long rags and those small towels for the floor. The hotel also charged a bunch of fees which was a little insane for 1 night but whatever it’s BK so I guess. Overall the room was alright just for sleeping.
