Russ, Yolie, and Yeri were awesome! Russ’ leadership really shows through his teams’ effort to provide quality service. This property is certainly the best location in Brooklyn. It’s highly recommended!

I would not stay at this hotel. My initial room was right next to the bar and was extremely noisy, very dirty, and completely run down. I then asked for another room and although a little quieter it was still very dirty. At that point I checked out and went to another hotel as I couldn’t stay there. This hotel does not look like as advertised and there are better hotels in the area that are cleaner and overall safer. Management is also very problematic and non-responsive as they ghosted me when I reached out for a refund.
