Good value for the money. Clean, friendly staff. Our room was huge by todays standards. Breakfast was ok. Could use a meat protein or even cheese. Only had hard boiled egg. Parking is limited and tight. Would stay here again.

This is far walking too the Clifton hills and falls the area doesn’t feel safe to walk at night staff are nice

Overall I’m satisfied with the stay. There’s a little distance to the falls but you can easily use a Lyft or the property has free parking for your rental vehicle or for your own. I’m satisfied with how the room looks as comfortable bedding. Only few cons are that you have to go downstairs to heat your food as they only got 2 microwaves for everyone near the breakfast room. Also I suppose it would be nice if they had a rug in bathroom to avoid getting slipped. But overall it’s worthy for the price as you get a continental breakfast and I love their waffles! Would stay back and highly recommend! Thank you

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff I encountered were friendly, the location was decent if you don’t mind a short walk to the attractions. Parking was a nightmare. There is a social club next door that seems to take all of the parking spaces every night, in an already small lot. Wallpaper was peeling, stained linen and towels. I understand that it is an older hotel, but general upkeep is being ignored. Breakfast was decent. It served its purpose, but I would not stay here again.

It was OK
Expensive compared with the quality but it was OK. We paid over $300 USD for a last minute double queen with a view of a McDonald’s and gas station, but it was quiet enough to sleep comfortably which was our goal. Older place but clean enough. Breakfast choices decent. No decaf coffee, no water (except from a vending machine). Nice waffles. It was about a 20 minute walk to the falls. Parking was a bit of a challenge in the small lot. There is a mosque next door where we were told by front desk person we could park but the people from the mosque told us it was mosque parking only when we were leaving.

Likes: In goo location and easy to locate. 15mins walk to Niagara Falls. Dislike: The breakfast need to be improved. Not so much varieties availbale. . Only cearal and tea/coffee with bread. They advertised that they have the best breakfast in Niagrara falls for many decades.
