The hosts Anthony and Whittney are nothing short of fabulous! They were very gracious and very responsive to all my questions. The house was in a great location being so close to the ocean and it was very clean and easy to navigate with the touch of an iPad. The heated pool was perfect for my family to gather and play. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing stay on Fire Island.

We loved how big and pretty were common areas. Spacious lining room and patio with 2 showers, kitchen had so much stuff if you want to cook. The rooms are small, but it didn't bother us :)

It was as cute as it looked on-line and gave us a great space for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! Other nice surprises: new AC units (very quiet), very comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with good light. The street is very quiet. I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included (foil, Saran Wrap, basic seasonings, etc). Easy enough to fix, but having such a short stay, I would have brought these things along with me if I new they wouldn't be there. The property manager was very responsive with our two little problems (no frying pans without chipped teflon and the grill was dirty). Overall a great stay and we would definitely consider renting again.

This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed here for a girls trip. We were a group of 11. Most of the beds are doubles so probably can’t actually sleep 12 unless you’re a kid or on the smaller side. The way the beds are arranged requires one person to crawl over the other to get out of bed since they’re pushed up against the wall. (Not a dealbreaker but something to consider for guest comfort). As others have mentioned, feels bigger than it looks in the photos. The bathrooms were ok. To break it down: there’s 1 half bath indoors, 1 full bath indoors, and 1 toilet in a shed with the laundry machine. Reason for Lowe rating is Vacasa who are kind of the worst. Not sure I’ve ever had a good Vacasa experience, so wasn’t all that surprised that my stay here was more of the same. Half the rooms didn’t have pillowcases on the bed and none anywhere in the house. We had to call them late at night to get them and their response was, “if you checked in last night, why are you just calling about it now?” Nice, Vacasa. For the price I would have expected pretty excellent host management, but communication was next to non-existent. But assuming you have no issues, you won’t need to contact them anyways Great location near lots of restaurants. More guidance on ferry details would’ve been helpful.
