Nice facility. Needs maintenance
Unit was clean. However, the room was not cleaned and we had to use towels several times. Bathroom door (sliding door) off its track, would not close. No ice machines working. Breakfast was very good.

The staff was very friendly. The scones at breakfast were delicious. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff was also amazing. The ice machine was out on our floor. The strip mall and quite a few places to eat were less than 10 minutes away. There was a guest laundry area which was very convenient. Everything was consistently cleaned.

Great stay. . . .but!!!
Overall our stay was wonderful but we were denied an early check in by the desk clerk and when I told her I had a health issue, she did not seem to care. I understand that sometimes early check in is not available but she could've been more sensitive to my issue
