Its located in a nice golf community (Polo Park - Esprit - Fairways Estates) and is just at the crossing between the 27 and the 192. No need to say that this is in the middle of all what happens in the Disney area. There's even a lake within the subdivision... great for walks or fishing... Great for nice family memories. This home can host up to 8 guests. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool and spa heating. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
