Comfortable stay, nothing fancy but does the job
Its a nice hotel close to everything. Breakfast is okay too, eggs and sausages with coffee, juice, pancakes etc. What they lack is cleanliness and housekeeping. You cant have a guest check in to see hair strands on their bed and dirty linens. Your bed isnt made until requested. They change towels everyday but wont make the beds which is weird. And the hotel is dated and needs an uplift. But overall a good stay with large rooms and great staff. Free parking, free shuttle to epcot (lot of stops so takes time) , breakfast included so we had a pleasant experience.

check in was smooth and staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable as always, have stayed here many times never disappointed, only thing was the breakfast bar closed early on Sunday, other than that everything was great.

I stayed at the hotel in the past and again this year, and this will be my last time. The hotel staff was not friendly or welcoming. I reported an issue with my room and the man at the front desk was rude. The room had a very strong must/mold smell. I became sick several days into my trip, I know it was because of the room. I also requested the room be cleaned on several occasions, but the maid never came. The bed was hard with absolutely no bounce or comfort to it. The pillows were small squares and looked more like decorative pillows then for sleeping on. The complimentary breakfast was such a let down compared to other hotels and what they offer. All round, I was very unhappy. This week be my last time staying at the hotel.

Disappointed to say the least
Having stayed here on numerous occasions to say this time i was disappointed was an under statement The gym had machines not working they wernt working last time i was there the cash machine was out of order all the time we were there.the washer dryer was out of order. The two toasters in the restaurant were not working the fresh juice machine was out of order the food was only about one third of what was on offer every other time and not great scrambled eggs every say. The run out of coffee cups we had to use white polly cups not ideal towels for tge pool were scarse towels in the gym were not available every day

The room smelled old or hasn't been thoroughly cleaned, so I sprayed lysol in the AC vent to change the smell of the air. There were uncleaned drink splashes on the wall by the trash can and over the bed. Also, kept seeing hair on the sheets and I know my hair wasn't shedding. Hotel was ok, but definitely needs better room cleaning, renovating based on doors have rust and separation in the bathroom.

Hotel had an awful smell to the hotel as a whole but especially our room. I personally am not sure if it was our room or what was going on but we were on the fourth floor and I’ve never had a room that smelt so badly like mold and mildew. I had intended the next morning to go down and ask for a new floor or room as we arrived around 1:30 am the night before and it wasn’t something happening that night. Upon waking up on a solo trip with my 3 year old he decided to get the stomach bug so moving rooms was on the bottom of my list for the day. I will add I was disappointed I felt I couldn’t give him a bath to help him feel better as our tub and tub area was literally full of black looking mold and hair from the last guests I would assume. Along with our blow dryer being completely melted and didn’t even turn on and when trying to hit the reset buttons on the wall it literally felt like a shock was being sent out into the plug of the hairdryer. Honestly the best part of our stay was the pool was completely unoccupied our whole stay except maybe one family the odd time and the free breakfast for my son even though he was almost as skeptical of the eggs and meats as me lol. Also worst elevators ever 😅.

In room- fan was broken, beds were hard as a rock, pillows were lumpy, a/c made a wheezing noise, security door lock was nearly off, handicap bar in shower was loose. At breakfast- juice machine was broken, both mini fridges were empty except for butter, only loose lipton tea bags for tea, very few condiments available.

We normally stay at CSME for Disney trips. Such a convenient location and my boys love the Mickey waffles at breakfast. But our fifth floor room was so humid the sheets felt wet. It was hard to breathe in the thick air all night and my morning 2/4 of us were coughing and had irritated eyes. We were disappointed that the pillows were lumpy mini marshmallows too. And with the dank environment no one even wanted to lay their face on them. Bummer!!
