1) It was hot outside in August yet the room was warm and we can’t set to lower temperature. 2) Parking was too expensive and not so easy; 3) we understand hotel tries to run cost-effective in downtown Orlando, that’s why we are okay no breakfast is not included. On a positive note, the room was clean and the well maintained.

I am very disappointed that the advertisement stated complimentary breakfast, which was why I booked it, and then we get there and realize it's a huge parking fee and food for breakfast was charged. So I probably will not be back as those extra charges made it a bill that should have sent us to a nicer place. Thank you

Basic Hotel

I personally do not like the 'pillowtop' soft feel of the bed - like you are sleeping on top of 2 duvets. the air-conditioning vent blew strong (including blowing lots of dust into room) - but its location made that far side of room ice cold, while the area where bed was located remained warm. we reminded staff our shower gel was virtually empty after our first morning, just to find the next morning it was empty. after 3 calls to front desk - they finally brought up a full bottle. the size of the room was excellent. The shower pan had a crack in it, which is not good for cleanliness. The shower pan had an overall dirty look, while the rest of bathroom / room has a clean feel. Although we prefer hard floors, versus carpet. overall staff was pleasant. Food in restaurant was good. Valet felt a bit unorganized at times, but most guys were doing their best. Location of hotel was good, for what we wanted.

Not terrible but dont recommend

Place looks very nice. Bed was not comfortable. Air conditioning was terrible, the whole place was humid. There was a slight leak in the window.

Stayed for one night and unfortunately the A/C wasn’t working, it woke me up at midnight because it was running the fan only, warm air circulating, just very uncomfortable. It just felt the same all over the common areas of the building.

Room was OK, sink had a dirty streak running down that washed off with water from the sink, coffee cup laying on the floor behind chair, not a big deal, but should have been picked up by housekeeping. Restaurant girl was awesome, front desk was great, valet wonderful, bartender in the evening was struggling to keep up. Pool area dirty, had a lot of rain the previous night, didn't look like anyone had been out to clean up debris, pool had lots of debris and bugs in it and this was at 11am.. Easy walk back from the Kia Center.
