We were put in the 13th floor of the hotel. We noticed that the room looked like there was possible water damage from the ceiling. After walking down the hallways, looking at the doors there was about a 1ft water line on all of the doors. Im assuming there was water damage throughout the 13th floor at some recent point in time. Check out was at 12 noon, and as we were waking up getting ready to leave, we decided to take a quick shower. We had no water and the toilet would not flush. I went down to the check-in desk and told the worker and she said that they shut off the water to our room. Mind you it was only 10:30am and check-out was noon. I was very confused so she apologized and gave us another room to finish getting ready. By the time I got back up to the room to move to another room, they had turned the water back on in our original room. A very confusing check-out we experienced.

I checked in an immediately stepped into a wet puddle on the carpet in front of the mini fridge. The bathroom did not have hand soap, because the bracket used to house the soap was broken, with a rusty screw left on the bathroom floor. Go to use the coffee maker and there is a huge amount of white and green stinky mold in the part where you put the water. Call the front desk, wait an hour to have someone come to the door with a new machine wrapped in plastic, hands it to me and starts walking away. She did not speak english and i had to use hand gestures to get her to come and take the moldy coffee maker away. She did not install the new maker, so i had to. I wrote and email on the hilton website and was told my concerns were forwarded to the hotel. Checked out the next day at noon and no one said anything to me about my complaints. My ride was already there so I couldnt stick around and ask for a manager. I really think this was a huge waste of money. The whole point of this stay was to have peace and relaxation and that certainly did not happen.
