Not a good experience. A lot of red flags that I would not know until I checked in and actually looked at the room vs website listed information. Left hotel shortly after checking in for other accommodations for my comfort and peace of mind.

Within the first 30 minutes of checking in I saw three cockroaches and needed to change rooms. In my new room, the first three nights were fine. On the fourth night. I saw one cockroach, but since I was only going to be there one more night, I dealt with it. The morning I was checking out, there were two more cockroaches and a slug in my shower. I’m filing charges against a particular employee for menacing and harassment. I was told that I could check out later than 11 for a charge of $10 per hour deducted from my $50 security deposit.

When we arrive, the girl at lobby was very friendly but when we enter to the rooms (2) they were very dirty. All very dirty, bedding, towels with hair, one toilet with poop. Immediately, cancelled the reservation. At 1:00am we have to look for a place with all the family, later to a long trip. Terrible experience!

I booked thru Expedia, when I showed up at the property they took an additional $64. If this was disclosed BEFORE I booked I would have stayed elsewhere. A business adjacent to the property, blasts loud music, which you can hear with the door closed and the a/c on.

It took a very long time to check in. Once we got into our room we were very disappointed with the conditions of the room. First of all the tv was on in our room like someone was usuing the room for there breaks while working. The bed had stains all over it, the white sheets looked like someone stepped all over them. No clocks in the room. There were little ants crawling all over the walls. The water had a strong sulfur smell to it. Some of the towels that were left for us weren't even white and were a dingy grey color. There was black mold around the handles is the bathtub. The shower faucet was very loose. The water was cold on the hot side and hot on the cold side in the shower. The curtains had holes and stains. We accidentally spilled some water on the floor and used a towel to clean it up and gound out the floor were flithy. The white towel was basically black after wiping the water. When going to the free breakfast, which was not even worth going to, we tried getting some coffee but the color of the coffee was something we had never seen before. It was a black, green, gray hue that made us just throw it out and not want anything there. I could keep going on our experience staying here but we just want to put it behind us. Not the kind of place you want to stay at on your honeymoon or any other day to be honest.

O quarto era de um tamanho bom, a cama era boa. Mas tinha muitas baratinhas pelo quarto, além de que em uma certa noite. NAo consegui dormir, pois tinha um casal gritando e brigando no inico no seu quarto, após bem na frente de minha porta.
