Room was big and clean. Shower had literally no pressure and bathroom wouldn’t drain. By the time a finished showering I was standing in 4” of water. Took about 30min to drain. Pool desperately needed water. Water was below skimmers so they didn’t work and pool bottom was dirty. Girl that checked us in on Sunday was not very friendly. Expected a lot more based on reviews.

My stay was satisfactory. I stayed at this hotel on my trip to Europe and after my return. The first stay was without incident. However, on my return trip, I encountered a problem with pickup from the airport. After I informed the hotel clerk, he apologized and attempted to make the situation right with me. Overall good stay.

We had a great stay. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even arranged a cake and sang happy birthday to my daughter when they realised it was her birthday. I would not hesitate to stay again.

This Hilton was a very unpleasant encounter. The staff was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. My reservation was denied a change or refund well in advance. They tried to pass the blame. Hilton is just an average hotel with a popular name. As a world traveler, never again.
