“CASTAWAY” MASTER BEDROOM 1

Find yourself washed ashore in a beautiful deserted paradise. The water views flow from the outside in to this second floor master bedroom. The master bedrooms are themed, yet elegant. Your bed is a king size mattress fitted inside the hull of an old wooden boat. You may be stranded on a deserted island, but you won’t be lacking for luxuries. Your bed features luxury linens and a pillowtop mattress. A full en-suite bathroom includes double vanities, separate walk-in shower and garden tub. The view from the private balcony doesn’t disappoint: enjoy the sunshine and take in views of the water, palm trees, pool and lanai. You can even see Disney’s nightly fireworks in the distance from here!

Great vacation spot!
Everything was great! If we had issues we called and they came and fixed right away. Our son was diagnosed with cancer a year and a half ago so we missed spring break last year so this vacation was much needed and went well!! Thank you! Owner is also very responsive !

We enjoyed our stay. The location is very good and the theater room and bedrooms were as shown in listing photos. However, the furniture and decor of the main living areas were not the same as the listing and were not nearly as nice as the photos. The pool and spa were great but the outdoor furniture is old, rusted and does not fit in the patio space at all and makes it unusable. The first floor bedroom is very dark and has terrible water pressure in the shower. The other showers were fine and all beds were comfortable.

Great home for a fun vacation in Florida!
Overall the property was great. The home was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The themed rooms were great for our kids and the arcade room was a hit with them as well. The garage has been converted into a movie theater and that was also a great space to use at night or during a storm. Only minor issues were that the family room and pool furniture were not what was shown in the pictures. Also the house needs someone to spend a couple of hours fixing minor issues. I spent a few minutes making the doors stop creaking and tightening door handles. Not a big deal and I didn’t mind. Overall, I would book this house again!

Perfect ending to our trip
This property was so conveniently located, and spectacularly clean! The room themes, movie theatre, and nyc game areas were so fun and enjoyable! We have stayed at two other reunion homes, and this was the first one that did not have any little bugs and ants on kitchen counter. We stayed at the grand Floridian, and then the Polynesian bungalows, then arrived at this house…and although off property it felt magical. Definitely will look to rent here again, bc the location is so easy to get to, and the property was perfect for family time

Perfect unique themed home - as advertised!
Everything was exactly as described! Incredible decor, unique furniture pieces, spacious, and clean - perfect. Grill needs replacement since it is advertised, yet does not work. A second grill was provided, however, the quality was not good and does not match up to the level of quality with the house overall. We managed though. Only serious complaint is the items provided by property manager. We were a party of 10 staying for 7 nights and were provided with 3 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry tabs, one roll of paper towels, and roll toll of toilet paper per bathroom. For the amount we paid to stay here, in addition to our length of stay and number of guests, this is simply ridiculous. Owner and property manager need to know the audience and provide the proper accommodations. Otherwise, everything else was perfect and it was a great stay - truly.

Wonderful Disney Funhouse!
We had a wonderful time at the property! It was just as described. We came for a family trip for Disney. The nearby waterpark (walking distance) with heated lazy river, pool, and water slides was incredible and included as part of the property amenities. As for the house itself, everything was very spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and clean. Communications with the property team were always prompt and easy!

The house itself is truly incredible. But before booking make sure you ask about cost of heating the pool/hot tub. Ask about cost of grill rental. The home is very close to the neighbors. The home three doors down had a very loud party one night. Our neighbors used our trash bins. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and ultimately we were told we were given the wrong Wi-Fi name and password.

On top of this, there was a mistake on the listing that has since been corrected and the host made it a point to make it up to us. We booked this home for my daughters high school graduation vacation and we loved it! Such a fun house! We had a total of 10 of us staying including my husband and I and our two daughters (18 & 21), my sister and her husband, my parents and 2 family friends (both 22). Highly recommend.

A fun house, but Reunion resort NOT Covid-safe.
We rented this house for 11 days with our kids. Our security code to enter did not initially work. Calls made and management company reset the code. Our family enjoyed the the rooms, which are spectacularly themed. Unfortunately, the electrical in one of the rooms went out a few days into our stay. Breaker box was in a locked closet and management company would not provide the code. Direct property manager provided code. Not a huge deal, but an inconvenience. Further disappointing was that the fuse kept tripping, and as we are acting in a safe manner, bringing in maintenance was unwise due to Covid. So one room/workspace wasn’t really usable. WiFi throughout was weak, made virtual school and work a bit of a challenge. The pool and hot tub areas are quite nice, with a few tables and chairs, they’ve definitely been well used. Hot tub heats up within 10 minutes. Was nice having access to a grill, but it doesn’t get very hot. Plan on increasing cook times significantly. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishware, utensils, bakeware, pots, pans, etc. All glassware was plastic, cracking, very old. A rental, so to be expected. Ovens and stove top worked perfectly, but the dishwasher is useless. You basically need to hand wash everything before it goes into the dishwasher. Bathrooms were decorated nicely, but showers definitely smelled of mildew, and water pressure is lacking. Remember to pack TP as only one roll is provided per bathroom - some of which were not new upon our arrival. House in general seemed cleanish upon our arrival - we found a few random crayons and French fries in the living room. Carpets are a bit worn, and upstairs floors creak a lot. And as houses are so close together, you will hear all of your neighbors. Because of the private pool, hot tub, theater and themed rooms, this house was worth the trip as we could order in food deliveries and stay entertained all in one place. If you are planning to be Covid-safe, venturing out and about on the Reunion resort is not in your best interest. Many of the restaurants will NOT take orders over the phone, and if they will, you cannot pick up curbside. LOADS of unmasked people, bar patrons crammed on top of each other, no social distancing. House was great, the resort as a whole was highly disappointing.

The home is exactly as described...every room is a fun theme, with no details left out. We have 9 year old twin sons and they had so much fun sleeping in the bunks and watching a movie drive-in style. I am very fussy about sleeping and ALL of the beds are VERY confortable. Great water park close to everything!

Amazing home!
Love this home, my kids was so excited walking through this house. We surprised our son for his 11th birthday and was he surprised. :) Best birthday Ever! The kids didn't want to leave. Excellent Getaway!
We had a great experience at this property! The owner was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions. The resort had golf carts to rent for the week and the rooms looked just like the pictures. The pool was kept clean and the heater worked wonderfully. The property is close to stores, restaurants, and Disney. The only thing we had a difficult time with was the grill, but we believe it was due to the winds. We hope to go back once Disney is open again!

Brilliant family weekend
Such a fun house to spend a few days in with our family. The themed rooms were amazing, very thoughtfully decorated and yet also very comfortable. The property was extremely well equipped and super clean. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home for a family trip to Florida and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome family vacation!
This property had the perfect mix of areas that appealed to everyone in the family! We had a toddler, a 10yo, two teenagers, and grandparents and everyone was happy! We loved the pool, the "drive-in" movie room, and the entertaining bedroom themes. We have stayed in Reunion for several years and love the location. Tons of restaurants, stores, amusement parks, etc. We spent one day driving to St.Pete beach and it was well worth the 2 hour drive. Overall, worth the $ and a great vacation!
