The property was ok. It had a nice enough pool (too deep for children) but had a splash pad and playground as well. The rooms were semi clean, but there was evidence of past stays with glitter on the walls and a layer of dust on the top of the bathroom door for specific examples so I'm not sure how deep cleaned the rooms are. Unfortunately, one of our beds had either fleas or bed bugs, as I woke up with red bites littering my ankles up to my knees that were very itchy and sensitive for the next few days. I was only offered a room change but the available rooms were not any better or wouldn't suit my family's needs so we all piled into the non infested bed for the rest of our stay. The hotel was very conveniently located for our plans to visit Universal Studios, and even gave us a shuttle schedule for a free shuttle to the park. The shuttle was extremely unreliable however, leaving my family (with 2 kids under 4 years old) stranded at the park for over 40 minutes until a shuttle for another resort nearby took pity on us and gave us a ride. There was also another young family with a toddler and a pregnant mother waiting with us for that time. When we got back to the hotel and went to complain about the shuttle we were told that the shuttle was not related to them at all and they were not responsible for it. Then why advertise it as one of your amenities? The shuttle info took up more than half of the hotel information page we were given by the hotel.

The mold smell is almost unbearable. The humidity makes everything feel damp. The shower temperatures are reversed so hot is cold and cold is hot. The staff are all amazing and very accommodating. You get what you pay for here, if you have mold sensitivity please be wary. I wanted to extend to a late check out but its not worth the mold poisoning. The rooms definitely need a face lift of some sort, tables peeling apart, chair and walls stained, mold on the ceiling and blow dryer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is conveniently located near Universal Studios, making it easy to walk, grab a taxi (under 10 USD), or use the free shuttle service. Robert, who wears many hats (primarily as the receptionist), was incredibly friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great property, the mattress was better than the other time we came. The breakfast has more options now. The bus was great, we hope to come back next year this hotel has always been our first option when coming to Orlando.
