This hotel was very clean and was a very good price. The one drawback I had about the hotel was the selection of breakfast and there was no WiFi despite being advertised as having WiFi. These two things weren’t the end all of our trip, we used the hotel as a place to stay and it did its job. I did wish there was more of a selection for breakfast, all there was were waffles, fruit, cereal, and coffee/juice but the waffle I had was good but would have been better with some eggs and sausage :D

It was pretty basic at first, but on our first night when we went to shower, the only towels were the decorative towels on the bed, which seemed like they were dirty, we called and got new towels, and then later on we discovered that the toilet wasn't working, so they had to have us switch rooms (this was after 1am) but the room that they switched us too again did not have towels and the phone was not connected, so I had to drive to the lobby to request clean towels. And the room had a terrible mold/mildew smell to it, our towels did not dry after being hung out all night and day, so there was clearly something wrong with the room, but since we had already been moved and it was so late we just dealt with it. I guess you get what you paid for

It was nice for a quick overnight stay to go to Universal but it was not very nice inside. The crown molding was falling off and paint was peeling off in the corner, the rooms were kind of outdated. But the shower was hot and the beds were comfortable!

En la habitación nuestra y los amigos el aire acondicionado derramaba agua. En la zona del lavábamos se derramaba agua. La cortina del baño quedaba corta, por lo que el piso fuera de la bañera quedaba mojado completamente.

Please do not stay here, especially if you book Expedia. I can upload pictures and you will see the bugs in the bed, mud on floor, and mold all over the room. Tye front desk lady was nice and told us she would not say at the hotel because it is dirty . I had to pay for another hotel and have not received a refund .

The staff excelent!!! The front desk agent Luis And Diana so helpful and so profesional.The room was so clean and the amenities of the room was awesome!
