We stayed for 5 days visiting universal and other surrounding attractions. We had a wonderful peaceful stay and the ac was amazing. The room was clean and we will definitely be back. It’s around a lot of hot spots but also not in a bad traffic area.

Quick trip/plumbing problems
This was a quick visit for a high school class reunion, picked this location because of convenience and close to the event location. Tried to use the hair dryer and it would not work. Reset and unplugged several times, and nothing. Overall the hotel grounds and room were clean. The next morning, toilet backed up. Went to take a shower and the shower would not drain, so I had to make it quick and not even wash my hair, afraid the tub would fill up. Called the front desk several times and no answer. Walked around and told housekeeping of the toilet and shower problem, I said I hated to leave it like this, but I’ve been calling the front desk to get a plunger, but no one answered. She asked if I needed it now and I said not to worry I was about to leave. Upon check out, I informed the front desk about the problems. She apologized and said I should’ve called.

This is a motel, not a resort. Not an 8.8 either. Completely dirty. There were bugs in our room, on the floor, walls and in the bathroom. Hair was still in the tub from a previous guest. TV didnt work. Stains on 2 towels that were folded and ready for use. Overall, disgusting. We spent as littlentime there as possible.

The property is very well maintained and taken care of. The receptionist was very awesome to work with and overall, just had a great time. Only thing that I can leave negative is that there is only one way in and out. I understand the reasoning but can or cant be a convenience for some.

It’s not a hotel it’s a motel. It’s like Route 66 motel. Nothing special . The property is not 24 hours staffed. If you are looking to stay in a clean cheap motel . This would be the place.
