This villa has 3 bedrooms as well as 2 good sized bathrooms. It has a spacious living room with a nice balcony and a decent sized kitchen. There are 4 pools with corresponding jacuzzis. Basketball / tennis court, sauna, gym, spa, and a beautiful lake included. The complex is very neat and well maintained and also big. There are many amenities and perks. Disney and all of the amusement parks are just a 25 min drive away.

Hernandez was wonderful to work with when we had issues. Great location and facilities. Individual condo was not very clean and had issue but owner fixed it right away and refunded us asap.

Remodel and repair
This property has many issues with it. Carpets are horrible. Switches on lamps are missing. Shower doors and blinds are broken and many other things need repair or replacement
