Great house for relaxing after a busy day at the parks
We stayed for 2 weeks - we loved the house. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Games room and swimming pool are both fantastic. We have stayed at Highlands Reserve before in a different house so knew the location was ideal for Disney and Universal.

Amazing house in great location
The house is fantastic and exactly as described on the listing. We are a family of 3, so this house was twice as large than we actually needed. It was a bit of an indulgence, as the view of the 18th hole sold it to me. Check-in was using the lock box, so the pressure was off as to when we would actually arrive. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We only just discovered the local irish bar on our last evening. We travelled out every day to the disney/sea world areas and it took about 30 mins each way. The house offered the peace that we were looking for after long days at the parks. It was lovely to be able to swim in the evening to cool down. I would definitely recommend this property to any group (large or small). It has everything that you need. Comms with the owners was always prompt and very informative.

Enjoyed the view of sunrise from pool deck. Lots of room for our group. Had a couple of issues during stay but quick response from owners and remedied and didn’t affect our stay. Lots of games for children to play. Enjoyed watching golfers on 18th hole. Kitchen well equipped…liked the ice maker in fridge. Quiet neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ,being on the golf course was nice with nobody behind you and a view of the 18th hole on the golf course couple nights we just sat and relaxed and enjoyed the pool watched people on their approach shot to the 18th hole . Being golfers ourselves we enjoyed golfing the course that was within walking distance to the clubhouse. The house was very clean. There was a game room with a pool table air hockey table and foosball table. Our new grandson loved the hot tub at 3 months old and the pool was warm enough for him to be in also. The heated pool was so nice just hot enough to not make it feel uncomfortable when you got in but cool enough to be refreshing love the pool. And Disney being close was great about 35 minutes with no traffic maybe about 45 or more during rush hour. just never went at rush hour time. The house had everything we needed toilet paper paper towel dish soap for washing dishes laundry soap for doing laundry that made it nice not getting there and having no toilet paper or paper towel in the house I have rented houses before we're coming off the road from a long road trip and having no toilet paper was an issue but not at this house it was so nicely set up and supplied. Having the master bedroom downstairs and the other bedrooms upstairs was nice my son and his wife and child had their own place upstairs. And the bathroom for them was upstairs so they could feel comfortable walking around in pajamas without anybody else around.

Amazing vacation!
I cannot put into words how great our vacation was. Staying here with our family was by far the easiest, most relaxing vacation. We had our family of 8, 5 adults & 3 kids and the house worked perfectly for all our needs. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed which made vacation life easy. A lovely house
We have stayed at Highlands Reserve several times and this has by far been the best property we have rented Although this time it was just the two of us the house would have been comfortable had there been a party of eight. The pool was very private with great views of the golf course and poolside furniture was great enough beds for a much larger party. Inside the house had everything we needed and the pool table in the garage was a bonus. Two sets of golf clubs in the garage were an added bonus although we never got round to playing as we only had a week, maybe next time. All in all a great stay and hope to be back one day.

good house but tired in a few areas.
Good house with everything you need. Very clean but a few areas are tired. Hot tub needs a new filter as it only worked once during the 2 weeks of our stay (maintenance cleaned the filter but stopped working shortly after) this is an issue if you want to charge renters to use it. Tiles around the swimming pool need replacing , this would make the pool more appealing. Overall , good house and good location for Disney world.

Lovely setting, clean house with excellent pool area. Communication with owner could have been better. Minor error over pre arranged late checkout could have been handled better with better communication. But overall a great family holiday was had here so will not let that influence review.

Good vacation in a favourite location
My wife and I enjoyed 12 days at this property over the Easter break. With just two of us we mainly used the ground floor, so can't really comment on upstairs. Pros: Nice quiet and well maintained residential area. Conveniently located for access to all amenities along US27 and US192. Reasonable distance to Disney, though we didn't visit the parks on this trip. Usual amount of traffic congestion on main routes. No disturbance from adjacent properties and nice view to elevated 18th green. Well equipped with more than enough crockery and cookware. Good size Lanai benefits from early morning sun until late afternoon. Nice selection of loungers and and seated tables. Cons: Pool adequate for our purpose, but might be a little small for any large family group. Bubble covers for pool and spa are in poor condition and might benefit from replacement. Master bath shower is good size, but small shower head makes it difficult to get wet! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

March Break Trip
The property was decent, as described. It’s a bit run down - the microwave over the stove has a crack and the pool is missing some tiles and could use some maintenance. The pool area was nice otherwise. Lots of furniture. The overall property was clean. Could just use a bit of updating. Owners were really easy to deal with and answered all questions. Didn’t hear from property managers during the stay but didn’t reach out either. Didn’t really need them. Disney anywhere from 25 min to 50 min depending on traffic.

Beautiful villa within nice golf resort
Cleanliness was perfect and everything else was exactly as it was mentioned in the property description. Communication with owner was nice and friendly. We only used the pool once during our stay, since it was chilly and enjoyed that the pool was heated. View from back patio is nice, overlooking part of the golf course. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Minor issue on check in as we were given a wrong code at first and did not reach the property manager, but were able to sort it out later. Nevertheless, it was a perfect stay overall. Would recommend and stay again 5/5

This house was great. The location, for our needs, was great. The upstairs bed was small for a couple but overall everything worked well. We had to contact the property manager, Mark, and he was quick, efficient and very friendly. Great stay! We would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood is quiet and the property was very comfortable and nicely equipped (especially the kitchen). Close to stores and restaurants. The parks are not far either but we did not go to the parks this time. The outdoors was very nice. I really liked the outside table for 6 and the umbrella where you could dine or just read a book in the shade . Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home.

My spouse and I rented out this home for a runDisney weekend. We chose it because of it's proximity to the parks and access to a pool and hot tub. The home was spacious and clean and exceeded our expectations. There was a small issue with the pool not warming correctly that was quickly fixed by the owners, who also were kind enough to refund money for the couple of days the pool wasn't warm. John and Kathy were easy to communicate with and made checking in and checking out an easy and simple process. We loved this home and wouldn't hesitate to rent again.
