The property was breath taking. The staff at the lobby Cafe were amazing. Debra was our server. She was outstanding. Nelson and Robert were our bus drivers. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, provided useful/helpful information about the parks and transportation. Best bus drivers ever!

We had an amazing time at this resort. We booked for Dec 20th-26th. We did end up leaving a day early because we were just ready to get back to some normalcy and be in our own home. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The area was beautiful. We enjoyed eating at all the restaurants on the property and there were options for all of our family members including plant based options. We used the bus shuttle which was very convenient to get to Disney. We loved that Disney springs was so close. We enjoyed evening walks on the property and taking in the views. In such a busy season we were still able to relax at the resort. Our only issue is that we didn’t feel like room service properly cleaned the bathroom when they would come. We did love that they brought clean towels daily especially when you have a family of 5. Overall, it was a great experience and we would visit again.

A beautiful closed resort that thoroughly impressed us. Staff were cold and rude often but the property was worth the stay. Cleaning crew was amazing. Chairs at the pool needed an update as they were moulding

For the price, the room was a total disappointment. This hotel needs to update their rooms big time. Additionally, while they clearly state room check in is 4pm, we weren't even given a room until 6:45 pm. Absolutely ridiculous. This was supposed to be a romantic evening for my fiancee's birthday. Instead, we missed our dinner reservations, entirely, as the result of the room not being available. And, she was treated to a room that was about as nice as a red roof inn and barely. In addition, i have emailed the hotel about all of this and, after about two weeks, still have yet to receivea reply. How expedia rated this hotel a "9 " is beyond my comprehension.
