Definitely not worth the money. For the price I expected this place to be much much nicer. The pools were extremely dirty, and the staff was no help. Will not be back.

We just got back from Our vacation. First of all, the fees are so high that it's not explain right. Second Housekeeping was so bad that we didn't want to use it the rest of our vacation. Due to the housekeeper went thru our personnel belongings, and it was a nightmare not trusting any of the staff. all we got was I'm sorry. we bought out own toilet paper. We shouldn't have even been charge for housekeeping. staff or manger did nothing and why was our room the only one that was search thru. As a veteran I would not return to the hotel.

Staff checking in was very professional and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Two large pool areas with lazy rivers that are fun for kids and adults. Several dining options on property catering to casual and fine dining budgets. The landscaping on property is beautiful. Lots to do on the resort including mini golf, cornhole, and ping pong. Can even grill your own food on community grilling areas and relax around the fire pit. Great family getaway! Highly recommend.

The pillows were horrible, caused me to stay up from 2am to 6am till I could take Advil and help the pain caused from the pillows. Very disappointed in the bedding/ pillows. Otherwise great stay

Our stay was amazing! We had some technical issues with our key card and the door. Security and engineering services had to come but quickly resolved the issue. Overall, a pleasant place and great little vacation.

Honestly besides potentially having some odd occurance someone might have which I am extremely confident the staff would handle quickly. There is nothing to dislike about staying at the wyndham grand. Free transportation to and from all the disney parks. Also call ahead before booking your stay and see if they have any park promotions going on. We enjoyed our stay greatly and will be returning to the grand. Just dont forget and make sure you read everything this is a resort hotel so there is a resort and parking fee if you bring a car.

The food was excellent. Th room was kept very clean, and the pool areas were beautiful. We didnt use the bus service because the last time we stayed it wasnt very reliable. Would definitely stay there again.
