I deliver semi trucks from state to state and had to deliver a truck from Texas to Pensacola. The greyhound to get back to Georgia(which is where I live) left early so I needed a room last minute. The room was terribly disgusting! Literally black hair all over the floor, bed, and couch. The young woman at the desk was sweet but told me she was going to clean the room for me, when I walked in, that wasn’t the case. I won’t stay here again.

The people who work here are amazing! Kind and helpful. My room was awful. The floor was soaking wet and I slipped and hurt my back only 1 minute into my stay. I tried to clean up the water with a towel and it was black by the time I got the water up. They offer no coffee or a single way to make it yourself in the room. My belongings were damp and smelled of mildew just from being in the room.

The mold was so bad I couldn't breathe in there and the staff was not very friendly. Charged an additional $100 deposit upon arrival. Will never book with them again

Disgusting, not clean at all, as soon as we walked in the room, smelled like Clorox and mold and the beds were dirty with yellow stains and bathroom had pelvic hairs on toilet and bathtub and white stuff on bath tub and floor!! Boogers on the wall too!! It was absolutely disgusting, we weren’t even there for 5 min and ask for a refund immediately!! The lady upfront was eating while she was attending guest and tried saying we were there for more then 15 min and weren’t getting refund !! She lied and watch your account cause we got charged for other fees aside from the $100 deposit and fee to stay, fraud charges have been filed!! We left immediately and still no refund has been issued to us !!

I did not enjoy the stay or feel very welcome. Was some interesting people in the area. Just did not get good vibe from it and when I woke up for an early flight the room was covered in a film of water. The front lady when I was checking in assumed I was with another dude which I was there alone so that was interesting. Almost felt like I was in jail. Will definitely not stay there again

Terrible experience
Room wasnt ready at check in time. Hallways smelled like Marijuana. Floors were sticky and unswept. Woke up to a roach crawling on me and then noticed one on my son's bed. Also, long hairs on the tub...I have a shaved head so they weren't mine. Can't get out of here quick enough. This review wouldn't let me upload pics of the roaches....imagine that.

Nightmare
I'm not sure what happened. whether it was the hotel or the app. They did not comply with what was offered. I paid for a junior suite and they wanted to give me a room with only a full size bed. I've never seen a room with a bed that size. After long hours of driving I thought I would go to sleep. but not. It is unbelievable, Hotels.com did not protect us and left us abandoned without doing anything for us
