Vacation is a time to relax, enjoy quality accommodations and make lifetime memories. This updated condo is perfect for a family or couples getaway. It is our goal to make our second home retreat as comfortable and inviting for your stay as it is for ours. You must be 25 or older to make a reservation for this condo.

The king bed master bedroom overlooks the gulf and includes its own balcony, full bath with two sinks, and a large closet. A small second bedroom has a Smart TV with Roku, queen bed, window and dresser, but no closet. With the sofa sleeper, our condo can accommodate up to four guests. Each bed room has a TV as well as the living room. Comfortable beds with top quality linens makes for restful nights. The private, 18th floor covered balcony comes with breathtaking views of the sunset and beach. It extends from the master bedroom to the living area. A fully updated kitchen and laundry makes our condo a convenient home away from home.

Your day at the beach includes two beach chairs and an umbrella, reserved just for our guests. (Seasonal beach service is provided from 3/1 -10/31 each year.) The sugar sand beach is terrific for taking walks, making sand castles, flying a kite or just relaxing in the sun. Jet skis, paddle boarding and kayaking are available for rent nearby. Located at the wonderful Celadon Beach Resort, you may enjoy two swimming pools, fitness center two hot tubs, a gazebo and grills for cooking out. Celadon is one of the few resorts that also offers a tennis court, pickle ball, and badminton. There are pickle ball paddles and balls located in condo. There is also covered parking and an attached covered walkway bridge makes for easy access.

Our condo is located at the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, but is within easy distance of all the beach attractions. A wonderful grocery store is just down the street and is very handy. In addition, there are many larger stores a short drive from here to meet your needs. A variety of tasty and interesting restaurants and local activities provides something for everyone. Golf, miniature golf, go karts, shopping, bicycling and of course one of the best beaches in the world are at your disposal.

With the master bedroom balcony over looking the gulf and a quieter beach location, we knew this condo was the right one for us! We enjoy it as our home away from home, and it is our hope that our guests will feel the same. Safe travels.

A perfect place to enjoy Panama City Beach
I was very impressed with #1805 at the Celadon Beach Resort. The unit was not only beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable but it also included everything needed to enjoy my stay - things like paper towels, hand soap, dish soap etc. I’ve often had to purchase these when staying in other properties in PCB. The attention to detail in this unit is genuinely impressive. The 18th floor provides an excellent view of the gorgeous setting - even in December I was able to spot lots of dolphins frolicking. I come to this area of Florida annually and will definitely be booking this unit again.

Nice stay and location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were beautiful from the balcony and overlooking rooms, and even though the unit was next to the elevators, there weren't any loud sounds from the elevators or other guests. The unit was clean enough that we felt comfortable there, and the property manager Alesia was very responsive and on top of things. The neighborhood of the building was great, and the beach was not crowded and very family friendly. We also appreciated not having to have a key card to get into the unit...so convenient! We would definitely come back and stay here again...so many memories made with our little family!

The condo was tastefully decorated in a beach theme, light colors & peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as the two bathrooms. Linens on the beds were good, also bath towels. We would definitely rent this condo again. The free beach service was very nice & the attendant was friendly & helpful. Celadon is Great!

This condo was great for our family. We have never stayed on this side of panama city, but we loved it. The condo was right off the elevator, & it had everything we needed for the week! The only problems we had were the main shower and the bathrooms werent the cleanest when we arrived. The other reviews spoke highly of the cleanliness so maybe the cleaning people were just in a hurry that day. (When we arrived the floors were still wet from being mopped.) The main shower head was spraying water everywhere, so we didnt use that shower the whole week. Other than those minor inconveniences, this condo was pretty perfect! We would definitely consider staying here again!

My husband and I came for a long weekend. Its a beautiful condo with beautiful views. Nothing better than waking up and seeing a beautiful blue sky and water. The condo is nicely updated and we didn't hear our neighbors. Can't wait to come back+

Great condo with great view
Love the location of this condo. Being on the west side of Panama City Beach, it was out of the hustle and bustle and even though spring break was going on when we were there, it was quiet on the beach where Celadon is. Elevators were pretty quick. This condo is right off the elevator which was great for easy access to condo and also quick to go down but couldn’t hear elevator noise from the condo or inside of master bedroom at night. The second bedroom possibly but we didn’t stay in there. ;) Loved that the beach chairs were included in the stay and loved that there weren’t tons of rows of chairs so wasn’t crowded and always has a great view of water. There were some additional beach chairs on balcony to bring for extras or to watch the sunset after the beach attendants pick up chairs around 5. Bed was comfy. Condo was super clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. They also had a crockpot and we brought our instant pot too. The condo has been updated throughout. Alesia the manger had quick response. Check in was easy. Parking is across the street but super easy to walk across the breezeway to condo. Had many carts to choose from to load. The walk down to the beach from condo with toes in the sand was literally 2 min and the unobstructed view from the balcony was incredible. The balcony is also a nice size and loved that the master bedroom also includes access to balcony and a great view. We would def stay here again and I 100% recommend it.

Great location. Close to everything but far enough away that it's nice and peaceful at the condo. The bed was super comfortable. The unit was well appointed. No long walks to the ocean, as it's literally steps from the condo and no long waits to catch an elevator. We would definitely stay here again.

PCB Vacation
My husband and I had a great vacation to our beloved PCB! The condo was exactly how we imagined and was accurately described with wonderful views! We seen different ocean life and got to enjoy a good breeze being right on on the ocean. The property manager was great to communicate with and was always on top of letting us know what was going on. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to PCB and our stay in this beautiful condo! Would stay again in the future 😊
