NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION!! Property wide construction starting Oct. 14, 2024, estimated completion date is June 6, 2025. Construction will be very loud at times throughout the project, including grinding, hammering, etc. Balconies will be inaccessible at various times during the project, balcony furniture will be placed in units when balcony work is being done. There will be periods when the units will be blocked from rental for some portions of the work. Schedules for project stages will change, pending weather. This ground floor condominium is nestled within the private gated resort of High Pointe in beautiful Seacrest right between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!
The home accommodates up to eight guests and boasts a view of the lagoon-style pool. Your family and friends will be just a short stroll from the crystal-clear Gulf waters so be sure to use the full kitchen to crank out lots of lunches for hours of sun and sand. The outside patio is perfect for catching up on a good book or with good friends.
Crabby Steve’s restaurant is located onsite. There are also a ton of great places to visit right next to the resort such as Grits & Grind, a short walk away, where you can get an awesome smokehouse scramble or southern style eggs benedict. Grab a slice to go from Pizza by the Sea at Seacrest Beach, also walking distance. There are also plenty of ice cream and coffee shops, and snack, jewelry, and t-shirt purveyors available as well. Less than a mile away, you'll find the shops of 30Avenue. 10-miles east, check out Pier Park in Panama City Beach with all kinds of great activities and attractions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
