4 mins off rt 80 highway Easy for a 1 night stay. It does the job but nothing to feel special about. Breakfast options are grab-n-go like oatmeal packets, and nutrigrain bars. But if you need a quick night stop it’s a safe location.

I have stayed at this property for the past 3 years and never had a poor experience like this recent stay. I feel like the property has gotten worse and the staff has zero customer service. I called days in advance to inform the property that I was arriving late. When we did arrive the front desk clerk was impossible to understand and was not very helpful. Check-in took nearly 30 min bc the tablets weren’t working and the individual was not English speaking. We get to our room only to find it rather filthy and the fridge door was on backwards. You had to open it on the side without the handles. During the evening at random times, my bed would rattle like I had put in a quarter. There was no rhyme or reason for the rattle. It disrupted my sleep and gave me a headache. Turns out our room was above the boiler room which causes things to shake. We weren’t able to move rooms. The temperature in the room was lousy too. We joked that it was like having menopause bc it would go from heat to freeze all within the 68-73 thermostat temps. Breakfast was a joke this time around as well. It runs from 6-9;30. By 8 everything was gone. Nothing was refilled and there was no coffee. I am really disappointed bc this hotel was reasonable and is in a good location. We will not be back.

The receptionist was very sweet and helpful.It felt a bit grim and unsafe. Was very happy to leave. I guess this is just a very low budget place. Wear shoes, carpets are a bit sticky under feet!

The prices has become way too high for the quality of the rooms staff and doesn't seem accurate for the rooms. No amenities except great grab N' Go breakfast. I didn't really use this as an extended stay, so I can't comment on the laundry or the kitchen stuff. But it was as advertised and we had what we needed. I would just say as a clarification (and not a complaint) that the breakfast isn't that big. Just coffee, instant oatmeal, chocolate muffins, and cereal bars. When I skimmed past the pics before reserving, I had a sense there was more to it. Then later, I did look closer at pics and saw it was rather limited. It was fine, but if you are thinking it's a hot breakfast or with expanded options, that's not what this is.
