Loved the friendly staff and hot breakfast. Breakfast was fairly limited though and ran out of bread for toast 1 day. 1 day there were breakfast sandwiches but they were soggy :(

Nice hotel with well kept rooms
The hotel is a good hotel in the 2.5 star category. The rooms have a minimalist feel - no pictures on the walls, but it is nicely decorated. I recommend the place.

Decent, but would likely pass next time.
It was a decent stay. The rooms was quite and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a couch to sit and relax. There was only bed and a chair. The rooms was clean overall, but felt like the desk beneath the tv was not cleaned properly. I guess they were out of stock on many breakfast items. I was able to have a decent breakfast, but was getting the final cream cheese etc. Would stay again, unless I find a better place around.

Nice staff in older facility
Clean but very dated and needs repair and replacement. Breakfast was average and got us on the road. Quiet and off the freeway noise, but area a bit sketchy. Price was a bit high, but a tourist town does that everywhere. We were comfortable so no complaints. Nice staff.

Above and beyond!!
Our stay was amazing! The room was TRULY clean and most hotels are not nowadays! Unfortunately, we had traveled to attend a funeral but from the moment we walked into the hotel lobby me and my family were treated well and accommodated. The staff went above and beyond and we appreciate it so much because great customer service is a rarity now. Thank you Fairfield, without a doubt we will stay there anytime we are in the Pensacola area.
