Checked in late due to a canceled flight, staff very friendly. Room very small, not enough space to place 2 suitcases. The toilet being off the entry way was a bit different without a door but it had a a sliding door closing off the bedroom. The breakfast and coffee provided downstairs was very good
Staff were great and the cafe/restaurant was great for breakfast. Initially we were put on the 1st floor but the view made you feel like you were still on the street. Thankfully, we were able to change to a room on the 4th floor when we asked. Very nice.
I stayed in this facility for a day. It was really nice. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was compact and there were no chairs in the room though. I had to eat my dinner on my bed. Ordered the room service it took more than a hour to arrive. Manager on duty called me and apologised for it. Which was nice. Overall great facility.
My room was available early and I received a room upgrade, the room facilities were very good and spacious. The inclusion of a Nespresso machine was great. The staff were attentive and friendly at all times and would definitely stay again.
The only items that may have improved our stay would be perhaps luggage racks at the room entry to allow easy access to suitcases and a rethink about the beautifully aesthetic black rack that provided little usable space for clothing and the fridge at such a low level that it is difficult to access….
I am extremely grateful to housekeeping staff who located a ring I left behind and to the front office staff who have arranged for this to be returned to me.
The hotels location is perfect for visitors and the restaurant and bar were great…wonderful views and great food and service.
