The shower system was not good, even after the owner responded very quickly to our concerns. Essentially the system in place is below standard resulting in it being difficult to get an even temperature, sometimes far too hot for comfort. The air conditioner is old and not very effective in Perth's summer heat, and I cleaned the filters in an attempt to improve coolness. The unit is old, and in the heat, quite stuffy, though the location is excellent and the owner communicated very well.
