Beautiful updated two bedroom, two bath, single level patio home in Scottsdale. Two car garage, washer/dryer, two bikes to enjoy. Both bedrooms have California King beds. Home is professionally cleaned between bookings. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay! Community is quite and has a heated pool and spa, tennis courts.
Short drive to Fashion Square Mall, restaurants like Postino's and Roaring Fork, Nightlife, Biking, Hiking & jogging trails and near Silverado and Continental Golf courses. Also a short drive to both Phoenix International & Scottsdale Airport, Talking Stick, freeways and Spring training baseball fields.

Hosts were friendly most of the time, just had many issues upon check in and throughout the stay. They advertised bikes that never really worked, and the cleanliness was an issue, however the hosts did address that quickly.

Ideal Scottsdale location
This house is in the best area to be close to all that Scottsdale offers. Close enough to the highway and only a few miles to old Scottsdale, all the best restaurants nearby and Fashion Square area. Two large bedrooms and two full baths. Very efficient kitchen and nice family room with two recliner chairs to watch a big screen tv. I was there during the Super Bowl and this was great thing. The owners were very quick to respond with any issues. The pots and pans were not great and probably had not been taken care from the previous renters and when the issue was communicated, the next day, new very high quality pots pans appeared on the counter. The owners were great and I would happily rent there again.

Winter getaway
Excellent experience at this property. Location perfect for walks with easy access to green belt or the Arizona canal. Close to 101 for quick access to the hiking trails. These activities brought us to the Scottsdale area. Very pet friendly. Close to old Scottsdale. Lots of dining options. Unit itself has everything you need. Property managers/owners very responsive to our needs and answering questions. Would love to stay here again.

We loved this property. Very clean, big TV, lots of Kitchen stuff, comfortable beds, nice linens and bath towels. Excellent host and hostess. Quiet! We are going to stay again. And a Garage!

Great location!

Scottsdlale Patio home
First thing is that the beds were soooooo comfortalble it was heaven. The unit was also nicely furnished. Enjoyed the having the garage. Location was perfect and even the neighbors were very friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone and we would stay here again.
